(Price Group VI) This “Klipper” category vacation home is located in the new section of the vacation park. With 90 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and one toddler up to 2 years old. The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning stove. Adjacent to it is the open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Both bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and sink, are located on the first floor—so no one ever has to wait in line in the morning. The three bedrooms are also on the first floor and each have two beds (a double bed or two single beds). The best part of the children’s room: a wooden ladder leads up to a second level that serves as a private kingdom for kids of all ages.
On cold days, you can cozy up in the sauna.
Relax together on your own sun terrace and enjoy the wonderful North Sea weather.
The house also features a separate storage room for your belongings.
A parking space and a carport are located right next to the house and are available to you free of charge.

The Klipper is rounded out by an outdoor area featuring a sauna and an additional shower, a sun deck, and parking right by the house.

Experience a dream vacation in our beautiful 3-bedroom vacation home in the lively North Sea resort town of Burhave on the Butjadingen Peninsula. Here, you can feel completely at home and enjoy the North Sea up close!

Our vacation home is located right behind the dike and offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 6 people. It is stylishly and cozily furnished and features two bathrooms with showers and toilets, as well as three bedrooms with comfortable beds. In the living room, you can relax or play games together, while the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need for cooking and dining. On the terrace, you can soak up the sun and the fresh breeze and let your gaze wander over the green landscape. Our vacation home is an ideal place for your relaxation and excursions to the North Sea coast in every season.

Please note that our accommodations are rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted. 

If you’re arriving by car, you can park it in the parking lot right next to the house. If you’d prefer not to bring your own bed linens and towels, you can use our service and find everything ready upon your arrival. You can also use the washing machine and dryer in the central administration building for a fee.

If you’re traveling with a small child, we’d be happy to provide a travel crib or high chair for a fee. Please let us know your needs in advance so we can have everything ready for you!

We charge a flat fee for the final cleaning of the house. However, you can also take care of the final cleaning yourself and leave a security deposit. The deposit will be refunded to you after your departure (no cash refunds available).
