Discover this 1-bedroom house in The Colony. The peaceful space features a cozy queen bed and a nice bathroom equipped with a hair dryer. Guests enjoy a comfortable environment with heating and air conditioning to suit any season. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your day, this perfect spot offers a calm retreat after your adventures. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay – we’re happy to suggest local spots to check out. There is a nice lake only 5 minutes away to enjoy a private beach, Basketball court, volleyball, kid's playground, kayak rentals, and fishing on the wharf. We have access to a private infinity pool also. There is another pool for the kids with playground. We also have a golf course 5 minutes away to enjoy 18 hole golf.(extra charges) We have restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment outlets located at GRANDSCAPE (www.grandscape.com)and other areas like TOP GOLF and other places all around us. We are only 30 minutes from DFW Airport and Dallas Airport.

I am currently a government employee that works from home. I am very out-going and though 52 I don't look or act like it. I have a wife who is a nurse for the VA and truly caring. I am one to enjoy good conversations so if you want a talker, you got one. I am very outgoing and openminded and enjoy helping others. We have a small non-profit organization (www.helpinghumanity.net) where we try to help others improve life whenever possible. I enjoy walking, writing, chess, and golf at times. I don't judge anyone as I believe we are all one family under God. I am originally from New Orleans, though I was born in Madrid, Spain. I am also a Foodie and podcaster. I know alot about where to go and what to do when seeking to enjoy yourself.

I chose this neighborhood because it is located in a cul del sac which means less traffic and quiet nights. The neighbors and everyone are very friendly and helpful. It is near a church to visit when I need to. It is close to many restaurants, stores, and theaters to enjoy myself without the hassle of driving far. I can easily find somewhere to go or get what I need within only a drive of 10-15 minutes normally. The police and fire department are very quick to respond to any emergency in our neighborhood. The neighborhood is very clean with attention to detail.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our property is unique because it has nice amenities that are not normally available at other properties. We have access to an adult infinity pool and whirlpool. We have a community pool for kids to enjoy. We are located on a golf course to enjoy discounted golf when we wish to do so. We are 5 minutes aways from a private beach / fishing wharf and boating area. This is open to the public for $40 per day but free to us. We can have discounted camping or unload our boat in the lake if we have a boat. We can fish on the wharf for free and keep whatever we catch. We have a basketball court, volleyball court, clean restrooms, childrens playground and two walking trails available. We can either walk or bike around the trail inside the compound or simply relax on the man made beach there or swim in the lake.

Simply put, we have the ability to enjoy ourselves without the hassle of traveling.
