House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping inside the home. A $500 fee will apply for smoke remediation.

- No parties or events allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect neighbors and the community.

- Only registered guests are allowed unless approved in advance.

- Outside security cameras are at the front door, driveway and in the backyard. There are absolutely no cameras inside the house. Do not tamper with cameras or Wi-Fi system.

- We have the home routinely serviced with pest control to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Because this is Texas, insects are common outdoors. Occasional bugs may still find their way inside when doors or windows are opened.
