The vacation rental is located in Norderhafen, right next to the spa center in a stylish apartment building overlooking the Forellensee. Restaurants are within walking distance. The nearest beaches are Holmer Siel (4 km) and Fuhlehörn (3.8 km), both of which are easily accessible by bike. A central swimming area with access and a shower is located near the spa center, right next to the building. From Strucklahnungshörn (2 km), you can take excursions to the islands and Halligen aboard the Adler ships.


Amenities The 78-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the apartment building. Right outside the front door of this charming apartment, you’ll find a rustic teak bench—the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air. It has a lovely layout: a large living area with a sleeper sofa and TV, a comfortably equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and a bright dining nook.
From the living room, you’ll enjoy a great view of the trout pond and access to the covered patio with outdoor furniture.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a raised double bed (180 x 200) and a flat-screen TV.
One bedroom has direct access to a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The other light-filled bathroom also features a modern steam bath.

Special features
Our non-smoking vacation rental includes a parking space. We provide free Wi-Fi (fiber-optic) and Netflix access. You can store your bicycle in a bike shed. The vacation rental is heated by underfloor heating. Additionally, all windows are equipped with insect screens.

An initial set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be booked as optional extras.
