Everything was as listed great place and close to everything. We had a wonderful 7 days and again it was as advertised. Place was clean and great location for our family to be able to get wherever we needed to go everything was within 15 minutes from the house. Thanks so much for having us and would recommend it to others to stay.

Property was EXCELLENT! Very clean and true to description. Communication was great! Very nice community and neighbors! Would absolutely stay here again!

The pictures looked nice from the listing but I would say the house is more outdated than we would have liked. Upon arrival it was easy to get in with the code but the door both to the backyard and into the house were hard to open. The washer/dryer was in the outside shed which isn't my personal favourite as it was quite dirty as well as the chairs, umbrellas or toys for the beach. The outside patio had a lot of debris and stagnant water. The furniture was quite old and rusty. The inside for the bill for sleeping but the bathrooms needed an upgrade for the price. The biggest issue was that the toilet overflowed when the bathtub was used and caused sewage to come into the house. The host arrived within 30 minutes of my panic call and they moved us to a different location to accommodate our kids and wellbeing. It was quite the blockage to the street and just adds that the house needs updating. It was 5 minutes drive to Sullivan Island and 15 minutes to Isles of Palms. Lots of great restaurants around and grocery stores. Overall an ok house but for the price I would have expected a bit more.
