Welcome to the Residenz am Strand, located right behind the dike on one of the most beautiful beaches on the Baltic Sea. You can’t live any closer to the sea in Zingst.



This spacious 3-room vacation apartment, measuring 63 m², was renovated in February 2017 and lovingly refurnished. It is located on the mezzanine level with a view of the dike. The balcony, furnished with patio furniture and a parasol, faces east—ideal for breakfast in the sun.



The living room, with its comfortable sofa area, is bright and cozy and opens onto the modern open-concept kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen itself is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, and dishwasher. You’ll feel right at home here.



There are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (box-spring beds H2/H3), and one of the bedrooms features an LED TV with a DVD player. This makes the apartment particularly well-suited for two couples traveling together or a family with two children.



Mosquito screens and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable climate in both summer and winter. There is a modern 32" LED TV with a DVD player and cable connection, as well as a compact hi-fi system. A selection of DVDs for adults and children is available.



A spacious wellness area with a sauna and whirlpool is available year-round for a fee (by prior arrangement with P.I.K. Zimmervermittlung Zingst). This makes even a stay in the fall and winter a uniquely relaxing experience.



Parking space No. 29 in the outdoor area is assigned to the apartment. Bicycles can be locked up in the communal shed. Unfortunately, smoking and bringing pets are not permitted.

We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, hot tub, and laundry facility (for a fee). Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last authentic local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
