The "Residenz am Strand" Apartment 4/64 is located directly behind the dike on the Baltic Sea beach in Zingst.

Our vacation rental spans two floors.
On the first floor, there is a living area with a west-facing balcony, an open-concept kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms.

On the upper floor, there is another living area with a bedroom.

The vacation rental is equipped with all modern appliances, including two LCD TVs in the separate living areas, a stereo system, a telephone, and a kitchenette (dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator).

For your comfort, the complex offers a sauna and whirlpool (by appointment) as well as a laundry facility—each available for a fee.

Do you want to explore the area, head straight to the beach, or would you prefer an apartment with a lake view? Here you’ll find the ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation.

We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, hot tub, and laundry facility (for a fee). Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last real local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
