🏔️ Welcome to your brand-new mountain retreat in the heart of Canmore. This beautifully designed 3-bedroom apartment combines modern luxury with unbeatable convenience, offering breathtaking views of Grotto Mountain and Lady Macdonald from oversized windows throughout the home.
Located at 906 Bow Valley Trail, right at the edge of downtown Canmore, you’ll be just steps from cafés, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and outdoor trails while enjoying a peaceful and thoughtfully designed stay.
🛋️ The Space
Fully rebuilt and professionally designed, this spacious apartment features:
• Bright open-concept living and kitchen area with huge windows and stunning mountain views
• Brand-new fully equipped modern kitchen with premium finishes
• Bar seating and a dedicated dining area for shared meals and gatherings
• Comfortable living space perfect for relaxing after exploring the Rockies
• Air conditioning throughout the apartment, including all bedrooms and the main living area
• High-quality blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep
🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements
Designed to comfortably host up to 7 guests:
• Primary bedroom with king bed and mountain views
• Second bedroom with king bed
• Third bedroom with twin-over-queen bunk bed, ideal for families or groups
🛁 Bathrooms & Amenities
• Two beautifully finished bathrooms with walk-in showers and gorgeous terrazzo tile
• In-suite washer/dryer combo
• Fast Wi-Fi and smart TV
• Brand-new furnishings and finishes throughout
🚗 Parking
• One designated parking stall is included with your stay
• Additional limited street and on-site parking may also be available on a first-come, first-served basis
🔐 Secure & Convenient Access
Upon entering the building, guests access a secure interior hallway with smart-code entry that leads upstairs to two brand-new, fully self-contained private apartments. Your apartment of course features its own private smart-lock entry for easy and secure self check-in.
🏙️ Building Information
The apartment is located above a small commercial area with a few local shops below. Thanks to the unit’s newly rebuilt construction and excellent sound insulation, guests should not experience noise inside the apartment itself.
As with many downtown mixed-use buildings, there may occasionally be light daytime activity heard in the shared hallway between approximately 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, but this is generally minimal and intermittent.
✨ Traveling with a larger group?
We also host several neighboring 1-bedroom suites within the building, including the brand-new private 1-bedroom apartment located on the same upper level and accessed from the same secure hallway. These additional suites may also be available to book, making this a great option for weddings, family gatherings, retreats, or group trips wanting to stay close together while still enjoying separate private spaces.

Downtown Canmore is just a short walk away, where you’ll find local restaurants, breweries, cafés, grocery stores, and boutique shops. Hiking and biking trails are also nearby, giving you quick access to the incredible outdoor experiences the Rockies are known for.

No Parties or Events: Please respect the quiet neighbourhood. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted.
No Theft or Removal of Items: All items in the unit are the property of the host. Please refrain from taking any belongings or moving items from the property. Any missing or damaged items will be charged.
No Pets: To ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed in the unit.
Maximum Occupancy: The unit comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, as per fire code. Please do not exceed this limit.
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect the neighbours and other guests in the area.
