This unique luxury villa is located in Pula and is only a few minutes away from the beach. It can enchant you with its beautiful, extravagant design and dreamlike outdoor area and invite you to spend pleasant hours at the pool. This stunning 410 square meter villa offers a stylish and modern vacation.
Inside the villa there is an elegant open plan ground floor with a living/dining area and kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet. From here you have direct access to the beautiful pool.
A covered dining area offers the opportunity to dine outdoors and enjoy cozy evenings with friends and family.
The villa also scores with various games, there is a pool table and table football as well as a lounge area.
Three spacious bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, are located on the first floor, where there is also a Finnish sauna. All bedrooms are equipped with double bed, TV and air conditioning.
