The 98 m² of living space spans two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and a large dining-living area with an integrated kitchenette. The adjoining balcony, furnished with tasteful patio furniture, faces south.

The top floor features a bathroom with natural light and a bathtub, another bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and a cozy living room with a balcony and a view of the lake. The small balcony, furnished with two lounge chairs, also faces south and is perfect for undisturbed sunbathing.
The apartment is ideal for four people. An extra bed for two additional guests can be provided on the sofa bed (
1.60 m x 2.00 m) in the living room.
All windows and patio doors are equipped with electric insect screens.
A crib and a high chair can be booked free of charge. Please bring your own bedding, as well as pillows and a blanket for the child.
A parking space is available within sight of the apartment, on the outskirts of the harbor village. Luggage can be transported using the handcart provided. Non-smoking apartment. One dog is allowed.
