A cozy vintage- inspired lake house near Eufaula Cove Marina designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories. Whether you’re spending the day on the lake, playing a round of disc golf, or enjoying slow mornings with coffee on the porch, this house was thoughtfully created to feel warm, welcoming and comfortable.

Twin over Full bunk bed with trundle.

All bedrooms have Roku TVs with Disney and Hulu provided, linens, extra blankets, and ceiling fans.

Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Hamilton beach flexbrew trio 2-way coffeemaker, French press, tea kettle, crockpot, hand mixer, toaster, pots & pans, cutting boards, cooking utensils, dishware, flatware, cooking sheets, serving dishes, trash bags, and a high chair.

General amenities include 4 smart TVs, board games, card games, coloring books, free WiFi, pack n play, high chair, central H/A, iron/board, and washer/dryer.

Outdoor living includes an outdoor shower, fire pit, cornhole board, disc golf discs, charcoal grill, small ice chests, and a large porch with seating. A splash pad & playground are within walking distance to the left of the back porch. Lake access is across the road from the back porch, and Eufaula Cove Marina is just a stones throw away from the house (Boat Rentals).

Boat & trailer parking is allowed with a maximum of 4 vehicles including boat/trailer. Park only in designated areas.

There is a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. NO pets allowed. NO parties, events, smoking or vaping inside home. If smoking outside, remain a respectful distance from home and dispose of waste properly. NO drug use anywhere on property. Violations may result in fees or immediate removal from property without refund.

Downtown Eufaula is just a few blocks away to enjoy charming shops and delicious food. We hope you relax, unwind, and enjoy your time at the lake!
