Plenty of room for our group of 8. Nice open plan in the the living, kitchen, and dining area. Large dining table so we could eat together. Nice pool, plenty of beds, incredible refridgerator-so much room and features. Thank you to Deanna and Freddie, you were incredible hosts.

Upon entering the house, we immediately noticed a strong musty odor. The floors were dirty, with visible dust and small food particles throughout. The kitchen oven and cabinets were also dirty, and the kitchen appliances appeared worn and poorly maintained. The return vent for the A/C system was visibly covered in dust. Additionally, the shower rods and light fixtures showed signs of rust. The door jambs were dirty and showed visible signs of worn paint.We contacted the host, Deana, who stated that the house had been professionally cleaned. She said, “I’m in the area. I’m going to swing by.” However, a gentleman arrived to address our concerns and stated that he was the owner. He attempted to clean the A/C vent; however, as we pointed out a dirty office chair, he remarked, “This is not a five-star hotel.” He also made a comment regarding a single grain of rice on one of the chairs. We informed him that, by the time he arrived, we had already vacuumed and mopped the floors, cleaned several chairs, and were in the process of cleaning the kitchen ourselves.By the time we left the house, my wife had developed an upper respiratory infection. The attached photographs are self-explanatory and accurately reflect the property's condition upon our arrival. Furthermore, the photographs posted on the listing do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the home.
