This newly renovated 2-room apartment is located in a small, very well-maintained residential complex not far from the beach.

In about 4 minutes on foot, you’ll reach the Baltic Sea beach, where you can stroll along the promenade or sunbathe on the fine sandy beach.

The tastefully furnished apartment features a living room with a sofa area, a dining area, and a pull-out bed (2x 80 cm x 200 cm), as well as a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and access to the south/west-facing balcony with its own beach chair and electric awning.

The bedroom features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a spacious closet, and a flat-screen TV. A special highlight is the second balcony, which is accessible from the bedroom. Here, you can also enjoy the late evening hours.

All rooms have exterior blinds (some of which are electric).

In the separate kitchen, you’ll find all the appliances you need for your vacation: a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, etc.

The bright bathroom (with a window) features a shower, toilet, sink with a mirror cabinet, and a makeup mirror.

There is a parking space in front of the building that belongs to the apartment.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
