Located right in the heart of town, this cozy, two-story condo is ready for your next exciting Mammoth ski-cation! The sparkling, updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for two, while the nearby pub-height table for four is ideal for meals or game nights. The living area includes a sectional sofa, a wall-mounted, Netflix-equipped flatscreen TV, and a warming wood-burning stove. Guests can also warm up in one of the shared hot tubs, and swim in the seasonal, outdoor pool.

Those wishing to indulge in some Nordic skiing will want to head over to the Tamarack Ski Center just six miles from your front door. When the temperature rises, visit Lake Mary for canoeing, kayaking, hiking, and picnicking all just five miles away. Younger visitors can blow off some steam at the Community Center Park playground, just a mile-and-a-half away, while you'll find several shopping and dining options within walking distance, including Mammoth's favorite, authentic Mexican restaurant, Roberto's Cafe.

Geeat location and great Mexican food restaurant across the street. We had several families in nearby condos within 2 blocks either direction. I would love to stay in the winter sometime.

Great spot for a small family getaway

Quant and Cozy Casa!

Very clean and updated. Had everything we needed for our short stay. GREAT location! Across the street from the green line and very close to many restaurants. Highly recommend!

The roads are closed I couldn’t access the property. No customer service from either you or the property. Even though in your clause said road closures are refundable

Enjoyed our stay

This home was great. Clean as expected. Heater was outdated, felt like the controls didn’t really control the temperature too well.

The location was great right across the street from the bus stop that takes you to the Eagle lift in about 5 minutes every 15 minutes. Roberto's Mexican restaurant across the street is a local favorite and easy to walk to. The condo was clean and easy to get into. The community spa was great to relax in after skiing. The only negative is that that the management company would not allow us to leave our car in the parking lot until 2pm. If you want to ski on the day you are checking out you will have to pack your car the night before and then drive your car up to Eagle at 7:15am before the parking lot is filled and then take the bus back to the condo and then ride back up to the lifts on the bus when the lifts open at 9am. Not the relaxed checkout experience on your last day that one might want.

Spacious for a 1 bedroom. Responsive owner

We had an issue with the shower faucet, but it was solved the next day. The owner even went quickly to the hardware store to get replacement parts so it could be fixed faster. Well appointed kitchen and layout maximizes the space available.

She said YES!

Booked this place for my girlfriends birthday and planned a romantic proposal. It was so perfect! We stayed for 2 nights. Snowboarded one of the days and then, unfortunately, my partner sprained her foot walking down the steps of the condo on the second night. I loved this place and would definitely stay her again. The property manager is supposed to get the light fixed on the side of the building so this accident doesn’t happen to others. Besides this horrible accident I have no complaints.

This place is comfortable and a great (price point) stay for winter ski trip.

I could spend time telling you about the price point and the bedroom configuring and how many people this place would be comfortable for on a ski/fish trip, But you can look at the lay out and see if it works for you. What I do want to say is that companies sometimes are rated on customer service and judged by how they handle problems. To that I will say ‘Vacasa’ gets 10 STARS! We had a power/internet maintenance issue with the first location we rented. We contacted vacasa customer service and they were very helpful between texting and phone calls and us skiing on the mountain they arranged to move us to a new unit. It was smooth and easy all the relocation reps were very helpful and made the switch easy. They all displayed professionalism and empathy and kept us informed about what was happening via text while we were skiing. They quickly resolved our issue. I appreciated the attention ‘Vacasa’ showed to the details in working through the switch.

A good place central to attractions and close to supermarkets

The condo itself is cozy. The kitchen is modern and conveniently stocked with utensils. The beds are comfortable and clean. We had good night sleep after tiring day. Bathrooms could definitely benefit with the water pressure situation but that is something that I would let slide by. The walls to the apartment are not soundproof so can hear the road traffic in the apartment. Thankfully there were not too many vehicles passing by.
