Escape to this tranquil Fully Renovated three-bedroom condo in the bustling Sun Valley Resort. Enjoy this rental all four seasons with its walkable location to the Sun Valley Village and proximity to downtown Ketchum. Exclusive access to the Sun Valley Inn pool and Olympic pool. Wide windows, high ceilings, and warm colors create a spacious, welcoming atmosphere. Relax after a long day in front of the gas fireplace. Outside, take in views of the stream, pond, and green space from the comfortable-sized deck. Amenities include WiFi, two TVs with cable, and DVR/DVD players. Walk, bike, or drive to downtown Ketchum restaurants, however, all the necessities are available in the kitchen to make a meal at home. With three bedrooms, six guests can stay in this home. The king-size primary bedroom is located on the first floor. Kids and adults can enjoy the two bedrooms upstairs with two twin beds in the upstairs bedroom and two twin beds in the other bedroom. The twin beds may be combined into a king bed upon request.

What's nearby:
In winter, stroll to the ice-skating rink and shops in Sun Valley village, just a five to 10 minute walk away. Dollar Mountain is just up the street and for those wanting world-class skiing, and Bald Mountain is accessible via frequent shuttles outside the condo just over two miles away. End the day taking a dip in the Sun Valley Inn pool and/or olympic pool. In summer, walk five minutes to the Sun Valley Pavilion to enjoy the symphony and summer concerts, or continue on the path to the Olympic-size pool, tennis courts, pickleball, and golf course. Take the bike path out the front door into Ketchum about a mile away. For the serious riders, continue on for another 30 miles of paved biking or quick access to mountain biking.

Great place! It is in a quiet condo complex with lots of green space. The resort, bus stop, and pool are easy to walk to. Very clean and well taken care of property. We stayed as a family of 5 and had plenty of space to relax after busy days of outdoor adventure. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean, comfortable, and well appointed condo. Loved using the furniture on the deck. The location is an easy walk from the resort and we appreciated using the Inn pool. No complaints - can’t wait to return next year!

First of all, 10 stars to Kathleen, our host. She was super responsive to questions/concerns/requests and her home is so lovely! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in this cottage - close to everything, well equipped, super cozy and felt like home!! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Fantastic family condo!

We absolutely loved this condo and plan to rebook this same one next year when we come back. It was so well stocked with kitchen necessities and extras like cozy and clean blankets, board games, coffee beans + grinder. Plus access to Sun Valley resort pools. Everything you would want for a comfortable vacation. Furnishings were updated and nicely decorated. Very happy with our stay!

Nice summer vacation spot. Location was quiet with beautiful patio and pretty green space/pond view. Bedrooms were comfortable and condo stayed cool during the day and cold at night - we were able to enjoy the fireplace in August! Sun Valley lodge grounds are so pretty, we enjoyed access to the pool and spa. Condo is nicely decorated and is close to shops and restaurants. Roomy enough for 6 guests.

Kitchen and bathrooms nicely updated. Extra linens available if needed. Well stocked kitchen. Needed two kings so they converted two twins for us. Living room a little dated but comfy. Only negative is that it is bit of a walk from the parking lot to the condo. Would definitely rent it again.

A really wonderful, quiet condo in our favorite place

We are long time DM residents and love the location. It is our first time renting this particular one and it didn’t disappoint. Well appointed in the home and the kitchen and a great deck. Super disappointed about the new ban regarding grills but understand this is a SV city issue. Hopefully the HOA can find a fix as it is one of things we love being able to do when we come here.

Awesome Ski Vacation

This unit is nicely remodeled and well-equipped. Everything that we needed for our short stay was included. Convenient location to Dollar Mountain and walking connection to bus route for going into SV village / Ketchum. Will look for this listing again next year!

Sun Valley Weekend

The condo was great, nice, clean and well equipped. The master bed was super comfortable and both bathrooms were updated and beautiful! Plenty of room throughout the condo. Only two thoughts: the condo is drafty and always cold. The furnace seemed to never shut off. The beds up stairs were very uncomfortable. The kids grabbed extras pillows and blankets to try and add more padding to the mattress. We would definitely stay here again!
