Bright and light corner townhouse with views of Baldy. Conveniently located walking distance to town and minutes from the base of the slopes, the bike trails and Wood River. Children’s games and bikes available. Comfortable and warm.

We have recently listed this to the short term market after being a VRBO traveler and provide every amenity I can think of to make your stay comfortable (new linens, new carpets, neutral artwork, no nicknacks).

Annual Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Ketchum! The home was exactly as described in the listing clean, comfortable, and well equipped. One of the highlights for our family was having a couple of bikes available in the garage, which made it easy to explore the nearby bike trails. The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short walk to downtown and close to great hiking opportunities.Rose was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others, and we’re already hoping to return next year if the dates are available!

Lovely 2nd and 3rd floor walk up. Nicely appointed throughout and very well stocked kitchen and toiletries. Air conditioning is a real plus on hot days, an uncommon amenity in the mountain west.Note that the 2 baths are on the 3rd floor - no half bath on the living room level. Good training for hiking Baldy!Very responsive host.

Great location and spacious

Perfect location which is walking distance to town and the River Run Lodge. Safe area and quiet, house is a good size. Garage is perfect for storing ski equipment and parking on site is adequate. Rose was responsive to a minor issue and was helpful in remedying it (turns out I could have just read the instructions a bit closer but was having too much fun to do so!). Beds were comfy and adequate for 6 people. We spent the majority of our time in town, skiing, and watching the World Cup races. If you plan on staying at home in the condo (which is silly because you need to be outdoors enjoying nature), the balcony is a bit smaller and can accommodate 3ish people comfortably. Bar seating for 2 in the kitchen. Kitchen table can fit all 6 people. Washer and dryer on site is perfect and the master walk in closet was super convenient. It only needs a hot tub!

Outstanding Stay

This home was perfect for our family of five. Well equipped throughout and perfectly located within easy walking distance to River Run lifts and to downtown Ketchum. Communication with owner was easy and very helpful. 5 Star . We hope to come back again soon!

Lovely townhouse in an excellent location

The townhouse was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. We very much enjoyed the wide variety of hiking available nearby. It was an excellent time of year to visit!

Spacious, cozy cabin in a great area!

The condo is very spacious, cute, and well appointed. Bed in master was very comfy! The location is perfect! We enjoyed walking along the bike path and to the River Run lodge. We also walked into town many times - easy walk!

Sun Valley Ski Trip

This condo was perfect for our 4-day ski trip. We were able to walk to the River Run base from the condo and even walked through the woods to the gondola one evening for dinner at the Roundhouse. We found the condo to be very clean and cozy. It’s proximity to the bike path and Big Wood River would also make it a perfect place for a summer vacation and fly fishing enthusiasts.

Nice Condo in a Good Location

The condo is located about 50 yards from a path that takes you right to River Run Lodge. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the lodge - it's actually faster to walk to the lodge than it is to drive from the condo, find a parking space, and then walk from the parking lot to the lodge. The house is well-equipped with everything you need except for a slow cooker. Comfy beds/bedding and easily sleeps six people. Rose took the time to call me and give me tips about where to dine, where to shop, where to rent skis, etc. We had a great experience at her home and definitely recommend staying there.

Great property!

We came here to ski in early January. The place was very nice. We came shortly after Christmas, and it was decorated with a Christmas tree, and the mantle was decorated with lights. All nice touches that added to the charm of the place. It was very clean and very big. it was the perfect place and we would stay here again.

Great time in Sun Valley

My husband and I had a relaxing stay at this condo in downtown Ketchum, Idaho. It even had air conditioning which came in handy a few nights. The owner communicated with us quickly about any questions we had. It appeared exactly as in the photos. Highly reccommend!!!

I live primarily in Atlanta but feel Sun Valley is my home. We began visiting from the Bay Area in 2001 and fell in love with the valley the first day. Fall is my favorite time of year, if I had to pick one, and always enjoy the fresh air and friendly faces.

Why here? We always rented on this street, Bird Drive, which is walking distance to both downtown and the ski lift and just a few minutes to the Wood River - one of my favorite places to sit. Set against the mountain, I enjoy waking up to that view
