We had a wonderful stay with our family celebrating New Years in the snow. The house fit our family of 7 perfectly as well as our dog that joined the fun. Highly recommend this as a place for a large family to gather. Super clean, conveniently located close to the ski resort and shopping.

Comfortable living room and nicely functional kitchen. Linens in bathrooms were ample for our needs. Love the high ceiling in the living room and lots of windows to enable air flow in the summer.

Awesome Home in Sun Valley

This house was perfect for our 3 generation family. Lots of Space, great location! Close to both Bald Mountain and Dollar Ski Areas, as well as Ketchum. Very Comfortable! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay, but poor communication from property manager. The oven would not turn on, and there was no information about how to access the hot tub. We went to the Harker center where the hot tub is located, and they said we have to have an access pass. I sent three messages to the host and called the support line, but did not get any response until after we had already checked out the last day. We were really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after ski days, never got the chance. The house was nice, but we’re very disappointed about the hot tub and oven. Had we known we wouldn’t have access to the hot tub, we would have chosen a different property.

Great location room for a crowd

We had 4 adults and 6 kids, everyone was comfortable and had a place to sleep. The house was clean with bedding, toys, towels and lots of things in the kitchen but it was missing a few essentials, make sure you have propane before you grill, it ran out when we were grilling and both tanks were empty in the garage. The listing state a community pool and hot tub but we had to contact vacasa to get amenity passes texted to us in our names to use the facilities, but they do provide towels there. We enjoyed the trails all over the neighborhood and the bike path. It was a great trip!!! We’d definitely recommend this place!

Beware, Construction next door!!!!!

House nice and clean but construction of home and new roof being installed next door ruined the trip. Wish construction had been disclosed, we would not have rented!

Large, comfortable home in a beautiful setting

Very pleased with our stay! Home was spotless when we arrived, kitchen was well stocked with essentials, bedrooms and bathrooms are all large and comfortable. 5 minute drive from the center of Ketchum. Biking paths accessible from the driveway. Large garage for parking or storing bikes/gear safely. Oh and our kids loved that Netflix and Disney+ were already configured and ready to use! Only ding is that we had no instructions as to how to access the community pool and hot tub. It’s driving distance from the home and after multiple calls to customer support no one was able to provide the member code to get into the pool. Kids were bummed but not a huge deal. Otherwise strongly recommend!

Winter Family Retreat in Sun Valley

This was definitely one of the nicer homes we've stayed in during our travels, and one we would be pleased to return to in the future. The home is cozy and comfortable despite the very cold outside temperatures during our visit. Towels and hot water were in abundant supply. We enjoyed the rustic fireplace, and the garage space was great for sorting and storing our winter gear. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes and cookware, and supported breakfast and dinner for large gatherings with ease.The four bedrooms were spacious and the kids especially liked the two which included loft areas for "camping in". There was a shuttle bus making frequent stops immediately adjacent to the property, and easy access to a nice trail system. Skiing was a 5-8 minute drive away. It took a little effort to figure out the pool & hot tub situation, which is located in the neighborhood amenity center (a sign on the door indicated passes may be needed)--we ultimately skipped that due to other activities and time constraints, but making information like that more readily available would be helpful. The pool is only open from Memorial Day through the end of September, but The Village Facility has a Hot Tub, Dry Sauna, and Steam Room available through the winter. Groceries are available in Ketchum (10 minutes) or Hailey (20 minutes). The Albertsons in Hailey accepts online orders for pickup for added convenience.Overally, everyone enjoyed our stay--Thank you for sharing your home!
