Wonderful!

My friends and I stayed here for a week and we absolutely loved it! Having en suite bathrooms with every room was so nice to have. The primary sweet was amazing! The hot tub was nice. We loved seeing a little bunny in the yard every morning, and also seeing the elk herd move through the area every evening. The owner was so kind and communicative. We would love to stay here again.

Thank you, Mike. You are your friends were perfect guests. I appreciate the good care you took of the house. I don’t usually rent in August as I am there with houseguests. But, this year was an exception that worked for all of us. Carolyn

Beautiful quiet location in Sun Valley

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in a very quiet location. Viewing the sunsets from this very private property was the best part of our stay. The house met all of our needs especially with having a bathroom with all 3 bedrooms and a large entertainment room. We will hope to return to Sun Valley and stay here again.

We stayed at this property the week prior to the July 4th weekend. It is perfectly situated in Elkhorn, the views magnificent, and the home spaces perfect for many more than my wife and my presence. Our minimal questions were rapidly answered wither by the owner or the property manager. Overall, this home is a place that we would stay again, and we give it a very high recommendation.

Perfect Family Vacation

My family and I have rented multiple different homes in the Sun Valley area and this was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed. The layout is fantastic, with room to gather the family as well as for adults and children to have their own space. The kitchen is the most well-appointed I’ve seen - plenty of the essentials plus the extra items that make cooking on vacation easy. The master bedroom is lovely, and the views are fantastic. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Fantastic house!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location. House is comfortable and attractive. Nice that each BR has an en-suite, and the master is very spacious. We loved the hot tub and steam shower. Kitchen fully equipped. Our only suggestion is to stock a few more cereal bowls. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect private location with beautiful sunset

My family stayed at this lovely home during the second week of June. It was very quiet and serene staying in SV during that week. We enjoyed the decks and outdoor hot tub and especially the spectacular evening sunset from this private location. I highly recommend this home for families as the layout is ideal for having a bathroom with each bedroom and a large basement bonus room. I highly recommend this property. Enjoyed our stay so much and we plan to return!

The house was perfect for us!! We were 2 families with 4 little kids. There was a huge yard for them to run around in the snow. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The kids hung out in the basement/playroom most of the time. You can tell the homeowners really care for their house. Highly recommend. Only negative was the hot tub cleaner came to clean the hot tub at 5p in the middle of our stay. We were told we could not use the hot tub for 3.5 hours. That was very unfortunate as we had just come back from skiing and all wanted to jump in the hot tub. The hot tub was a key factor in booking this rental and we couldn’t use it that night. BE WARNED the cleaning service comes every Wednesday - per the cleaning lady.

Thank you, Ashley, for your nice review. I am very glad you enjoyed our home. We love it too! I am sorry about the spa cleaning. Normally, they come in the morning which is fine. I will tell definitely tell them not to come later than 2pm in the future. Regards, Carolyn

We had a wonderful seven day stay here! The house was perfectly equipped and an excellent size for our family of five. There was plenty of space for us to relax and games to bring us together at night. We also loved the views and relaxing in the hot tub! We would absolutely stay here again!

I am so glad you enjoyed the house, Kristopher. I was worried that you did not have great weather. It is a wonderful home for families. We bought the house when our children were teens. My daughter was married in our yard with that beautiful Baldy view. Our grandchildren were raised with Sun Valley vacations every summer. They are in college now and will be joining me again this summer. I love sharing our home with families like you. Carolyn

Wonderful views and cozy home

Spacious layout and great floorpan for our family of 5-each of our 3 girls had their own bathroom and bedroom. Views and neighborhood are fantastic. The view of Mount Baldy was better than we expected. Initially we were concerned about the proximity to the ski resort, but it was a short 8-10 minute drive in winter weather--super easy! And worth the extra few minutes of in town options. The wood burning fireplace and jacuzzi were a nice amenity after a day on the slopes. We would recommend this home and have plans to return.

Classic Sun Valley Home with Epic Views

This is our second time renting this house, which now feels like “our home”. Classic Sun Valley style with a spacious living area and wood burning fireplace and seating for the whole family. Amazing views of Baldly & Dollar and morning visits from Elk The kitchen is totally stocked with every item/utensil you will need. HUGE basement with ping pong and sectional for the kids. Master has a fireplace, steam shower and outdoor hot tub. Property Manager Fabian is very responsive and helped locate and return an iPad my mother left behind.

This property is ideally situated with views from nearly every room! Inside it is very well appointed and stocked for your stay. Each bedroom has its very own bathroom, which was ideally for our group. It is close to everything and allows for easy access to all that Sun Valley has to offer. Highly Recommend and hope to stay again and again!
