The house was meticulous and very comfortable. All the appliances were very high end. Very close to free transportation so it was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Clean mountain getaway with one downfall

We love to stay at the condo. It was clean, well-decorated, and close enough proximity to bike to downtown Ketchum, walk to the resort/mall, or catch the free bus downtown which we did several times. We also enjoyed having a drink on the balcony on warmer nights. One of the reasons we booked this condo was because the complex offered a hot tub which we looked forward to after long days hiking and exploring. When we got there, the hot tub was drained and the entire pool area closed for maintenance. This was a big bummer for us and made us feel like we didn’t get our money’s worth. I would have expected the property manager to inform us if our reservation was in any way changing. There was also an issue with the keys missing from the lockbox when we arrived. Management was able to get us access to another set.
