Excellent Location and Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay and found the condo exactly as pictured and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The host made every effort to be welcoming and provided extra touches to make our stay enjoyable. Communication was easy and checking in and out was a breeze. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. We definitely would stay here again.

Great location

Mothers Day Vaca

The condo was nicely stocked and decorated. The rooms were clean and neat. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice! The view was disappointing, as all we could see from our room were the hallways and elevator landing area. The driveway into the parking garage is located on a corner and was a bit tricky from time to time with the traffic that was being re-routed from the Main Street area.

Two king suites in a great location

This condo was great. Close to the mountain, close to town, the best stocked pantry I’ve ever seen, plus a lovely gift of two bottles of wine!! The shuttle stopped right outside, and we could easily walk into town. All of the condiments were new, smart tvs, heated bathroom floors. Loved it!

Perfect location and condo to stay in for our yearly sisters’ trip to a fun place in the US. Amazingly equipped kitchen that has everything you cld ask for to cook with. It was just an all around nice place to stay.

Great condo and host

We spent 3 nights in this great condo. Very clean and well equipped. Beds are firm and very comfortable. Bathrooms are very nice and updated. Host was responsive when I had questions. We would definitely stay again and loved the place.

River Run condo

We had a great stay in this very comfortable and updated/beautifully appointed condo. The location and proximity to town and River Run is ideal and we even had a herd of sheep pass by outside one morning as an additional treat!

Pristine property with a great location.

We came to Sun Valley with our daughter and her husband for a family wedding. The central location was perfect for the 3 nights of events. The unit was exactly as described and very well equipped. Very clean and welcoming. The pool and hot tub a real bonus. Thanks Nancy and Laurin for making our 5 night stay in Ketchum the best!!!

Great Condo

My wife and I stayed here for a ski vacation, would recommend to anyone. It was comfortable, had everything you'll need for a stay. Perfect location - walkable to restaurants, right next to the mountain. Nancy was responsive with quick questions. Great place.

Sun Valley Wedding Trip

The condo is ideally located for summer and winter activities. It is also very nicely updated and equipped. The one negative, which was kind of a big one for us is that the windows all face other stucco walls/doors/walk way so there is little natural light. There is also really nothing to look at out any of the windows but the other walls/doors. The other thing we found was there was 2 TWIN beds, not 2 DOUBLE beds as stated. That probably needs to be fixed in the description. Other than that it is a ;lovely condo in a prime location.

Perfect spot for a ski vacation!

Great getaway with everything we needed. Lots of space and ideal location - walking distance to River Run Lodge and downtown restaurants and shops. Big bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Ideal for us with kids so they had their own room and private place to hang out. Thanks for making it such a wonderful stay!

Best Property Ever

This property has everything you could ask for. It's close to town and the ski lift, the best stocked kitchen we've ever experienced, heated bathroom floors, spacious and very comfy. We stayed here with one other couple and the attention to details in this condo really made our stay very special. You won't be disappointed!

Loved our stay

This was a perfect spot for my young family to spend a weekend in Ketchum/Sun Valley! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. We loved having underground parking access and being so close to the bike trails that took us everywhere we wanted to go. Others have mentioned the well-stocked kitchen -- it made such a difference to us to have basic ingredients in the cupboards. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house, not at a sterile hotel or even a corporate vacation rental. Felt homey and warm. We hope to come back!

Great location; Wonderful interior

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the ease of walking to town for coffee, walking to the ski lifts for blue bird days and enjoying this beautifully decorated and well appointed condo. The kitchen had seasonings, cooking oils and every utensil you could need. The bathrooms are wonderful - luxurious towels and heated floors! Highly recommend this condo and Nancy

Ketchum Condo

Great place. It was our first trip to the Sun Valley area and we absolutely loved it. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. My boys could walk to fish the Big Wood from the condo. The pool was great to cool down after a day out in the sun. We would definitely book this again.

Absolutely perfect! Best of the best!

I have stayed in multiple condos throughout the area, and this one was by far the most well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The design is beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, heated bath floors and the kitchen is perfect for entertaining. It's conveniently located within walking distance to skiing, trails, and downtown, with a year-round pool and hot tub just around the corner from the front door. The underground parking is a huge plus, especially on snowy days. I loved sitting by the fire, kicking back with a glass of whiskey, and relaxing. Thank you, Laurin, for a wonderful stay!"

Cute, clean, close to everything and had everything we need!

We stayed here as a group for the Sawtooth relay and couldn't have been happier. The condo was roomy, comfortable and clean. The owner responded to any questions within minutes and made everything easy. The condo really is located in walking distance (or a very short drive) of everything. A bonus - pool and hot tub! Awesome! We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay!!!

My sisters and i came to sun valley for a girls weekend and loved our stay! The hot tub was close to the condo, the town was friendly and fun, and there was tons to do. Nancy's home was beautiful, clean, and so inviting. She had tons of tidbits and info on how to really help make our stay enjoyable. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived!!! We all travel a lot and stay in VRBOs often, and im happy to say Nancy's home was fabulous!!

The condo was clean, well supplied and the location was excellent. There was one very minor issue at check-in, but this was very quickly addressed with the owner. Communication was excellent and the owner was very responsive.

Great two bedroom condo

The condo allows easy access to both downtown Ketchum and the River Run gondola on Baldy Mountain. We chose to drive the five minutes to the mountain each day since parking is free. The bus would have been a convenient option as well. The condo is spacious, clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family loves being outdoors! We alpine and backcountry ski, wake-surf, scuba dive, golf, bike, hike and poorly play pickleball. And we really like the sun and Sun Valley. Our damp Seattle winters leave us craving the deep blue skies of Sun Valley and we come to get our fix. After years of vacationing we became owners of this wonderful downtown condo where we can easily walk to the shops or slide down to the River Run gondola to ski or hike. No car needed! My wife Nancy grew up in the Tacoma getting her music degree before attending the University of Washington to becoming a pharmacist. I grew up in the Northwoods of Minnesota before attending UW in Seattle where I met Nancy. I'm now a retired health care provider. We have two adult sons and a grandson. My name is Laurin. I am your host and our son Kyle will be your co-hosts. Should you have and concerns or questions contact either one of us. We hope you enjoy SV as much as we do.

We vacationed in Sun Valley for years before deciding we wanted to own a slice of blue skies and amazing terrain. We like the small-town vibe of this iconic resort destination. We appreciate the rich local history and the genuinely friendly neighborhood. And, truth is, we didn't want to use a car to enjoy the area. We wanted to be close, walk if we wanted, to historical downtown shops, bars, restaurants, and the ski lifts. I guess we were just tired of car commuting in the city. We enjoy the clean mountain air and skies.

Our "Christophe" has the only outdoor, year-round heated pool in Ketchum. The kids love the pool and we love relaxing in the hot tub with a cocktail and a great view of Sun Valley's mountains and ski slopes. It's just an eight minute walk to River Run Lodge lifts and just a ten minute walk to the town's restaurants, shops, and bars. When you want to dine-in there is a brand new IKEA kitchen stocked with all you need! That includes a bottle of good wine and whiskey on us. Enjoy!
