The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a dining table for easy meals together.

Free driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles. Two marked closets inside the home are locked for owner use, and the garage is not available to guests.
The host is available remotely by message or phone to answer questions and provide assistance. The host will not be present at the property during your stay, so you can enjoy the home privately.
Pool and hot tub heating: The attached pool and hot tub share one heating system, so the hot tub cannot remain heated throughout the day without additional heating charges. From May through November, complimentary hot tub heating is scheduled from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Additional hot tub-heating hours may be requested in advance, subject to availability and an additional fee.
During colder months, pool heat is available for $45 per day and must be purchased for every day of the reservation. It may be added when booking or before check-in; please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before check-in so the heater can be started the day before arrival. All pool and hot tub heating fees are nonrefundable. Water temperatures cannot be guaranteed, as heat-pump performance depends on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic toiletries is provided. Longer stays or larger groups may require additional supplies. Two propane tanks are provided for the grill, and the host strives to keep at least one full. If both run out, they may be exchanged at the gas station less than one mile away; send a receipt for reimbursement.
For larger groups, the neighboring twin home at 201 13th Street may be available to reserve alongside this home, subject to availability, creating a private two-home coastal compound. Please message the host before booking with questions about the property, heating options, pets, or reserving both homes.
