This house is in a great location for all the OOB activities you would want. We rented in February, but still enjoyed our time. The house was clean, host was responsive with communication, and the hot tub was excellent.

The house is a work in progress as you can see all the advancements made to modernize it. It was beautiful, fresh, open and wonderful. It suited our needs perfectly! Hot tub a perk and walking distance to pier!Only recommendation is that the drain in the downstairs bathroom doesn’t keep up with the amount of water, so within 5 minutes water is rolling out to the bathroom floor! We just took a quick shower, put a towel down!

We had a nice stay here for a group of 6 ages 24 to 86. The property was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were modern with very nice touches. Living area was nice but we would have liked another couch or comfy chairs to sit together. Air conditioning worked well upstairs and down. The backyard was pretty and the hot tub was clean and private. Upstairs bedrooms still seem to be a work in progress and the smallest bedroom has no closet and wouldn’t be suitable for more than one person (not a problem for us, but could be for a larger group. Outside of property and porch have some missing siding and some rotten looking wood. There is also a family of groundhogs living under the shed. Also, there is no washer and dryer (also not a problem for us and our short stay, but was a surprise as most rental properties have these. The location was great - a nice quiet street but still walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
