The VRBO was conveniently located and easy to get to. It had plenty of room for our family of 5 and adequate supplies. It was a little dated and the hand towel bar was not attached. Overall, nice price for the amount room.

It was a fine stay, property seemed a little smelly when we arrived but aired it out. With no AC it would be have been nice to be able to open all the windows. Some were sealed shut and had no screens. The whole place seemed a little damp. There were lots of fans though. Overall we had a fine stay as it was not too hot out. The pool area was run down but the kids still had fun swimming.

Great place!

The place is very good and well located. The kitchen had almost everything we needed. The only thing we missed was a blender. Our days there will remain in our memories!

Our stay was excellent! The condo was so adorable & comfy with plenty of room for the kids to play. Our only complaint was how small the kitchen was. Even with that, we still give it a 5 star! Thank you!

Loon

Great stay for family of four. We mountain biked at loon and this is perfect. Ride to bike park. Lots of room, good amenities, two kids each had separate ateas to relax and sleep.

Great condo in heart of white mountains

We really enjoyed this condo at Loon Village. We have stayed in this area many times and this property was really convenient and well appointed! We especially loved the proximity to the clubhouse with pools, hot tubs, and games. The espresso maker was also a nice touch.. the only thing we would have changed is to have AC or better fans to deal with the heat.. otherwise a great experience

The smell!

The house has potential but we couldn’t get past the musty, dank smell. The lower bedroom was unusable because the smell was so strong. Overall not the cleanest property. I would not recommend this property or stay here again.

Basement room issue

We liked the place but couldn't use the.large room in the basement because of the strong musty smell. The was a stain on the couch and when trying to move it found mold growing on the bottom was pretty gross. Could probably be fixed easily with AC or dehumidifier. I asked if couch could be removed since just a small futon but support said someone will get back to you. No response and same thing after following up. Never heard back then reached out again twice after our trip no response. Would not recommend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Nicole. We're truly sorry to hear about the musty smell and mold issue you encountered in the basement room, and we completely understand how disappointing that must have been, especially after traveling so far. Your comfort and safety are very important to us. Regarding the furniture, we apologize for any confusion, but we are unable to remove the owner’s furniture from the unit. I also want to apologize for the lack of follow-up on your requests—that’s certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please know that your feedback is invaluable, and we will be sharing your concerns with our local team to help improve the home’s condition and communication moving forward. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
