The holiday apartment "Casa Lorea" is located in Puerto del Carmen and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The 50 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a TV. You will enjoy a private outdoor terrace, as well as access to a shared pool (closed from 12/01/2026 to 09/02/2026) and a children's pool.



Nearby attractions include La Peñita beach (1 km), Playa Grande (1.9 km), the Old Town harbour (3 km), and the Biosfera Plaza shopping and leisure centre (2.7 km). Free street parking is available. Pets and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment. The property does not have air conditioning. There are no steps at the entrance or inside, making access easy. Security cameras are installed in the complex's common areas. Beach and pool towels are provided.

Nice pool. A bit of a walk to the front back patio door wouldn't lock. a few items left in the draws after it was supposed to be cleaned.
