The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is located in the small place Sukošan, 50 m from the sea. The distance to the center is 1.2 km.
Restaurant, snack bar, pizzeria, cocktail bar, bakery and grocery store are about 100 m away. The nearest ambulance service is 1.5 km away. The holiday home offers its guests complete privacy and a beautiful fenced garden with a large courtyard, ideal for relaxing moments.
