Ski, snowboard, hike, or golf to your heart's content when you escape to this condo at Main Street Station, a comfortable and cozy space that sits within a matter of steps of downtown Breckenridge and the base of Peak 9.

You'll come home to 730 square feet of living space each afternoon, where you can bring a mug of hot cocoa outside to the balcony, warm your toes by the gas fireplace, or kick back for an afternoon nap in front of the TV in either the living room or the primary bedroom. On the grounds of this renowned complex, you'll also enjoy access to a spacious outdoor swimming pool, a well-appointed gym, and multiple hot tubs to soothe your tired muscles after a day out on the slopes.

Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 mere steps from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.

Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.

Amazing location and perfect place to stay

We had such a great stay the perfect home away from home. We got to stay in to cook some of our own home cooked meals and we were so close to downtown we could walk to amazing restaurant to eat out too. We loved that we were walking distance to downtown and walking distance to the ski hill. The hot tubs were great and we enjoyed the beautiful views.

What a gem!

Absolutely loved our stay at Main Street Station. The location cannot be beat — 5 minute walk to Quicksilver chair with easy access to Peak 9, everything is in walking distance — shops, restaurants, even a small grocery/liquor store — comfy beds, free ski valet, and plenty of tubs available for guest use. This place was absolutely great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, fantastic staff

We had a great stay with the vacasa property in Breckenridge. Fantastic staff at the front desk, location was fabulous to both Main Street and the ski lifts. The condo was in impeccable shape and extremely clean. We felt right at home from the time we walked in until the time we left. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great for a quick trip

We really loved this condo but were not there long enough to enjoy! Nice view of mountains. Parking situation is a bit confusing as it shares the garage with what seems like 4 specific locked off areas and the instructions we got were not great.

Wonderful spring break!

I loved our place! 5-minute walk to the ski lift and close to everything else. Beautiful mountain view, nice updated interior with plenty of flat surfaces and floor space to accommodate boots, bags, supplies, etc. It worked perfectly for me & my teen son.

Spotless condo, great pool and location

Condo was pristine when we arrived! Pool was great and location phenomenal. Our only issues were that the blinds in the bedroom were broken and didn’t get super dark (tough for our little one to nap and go down to sleep at night), also that there’s no fan of any kind in the bedroom so it gets pretty warm (since no AC). Balcony views are beautiful. Would stay again!

nice but noisy

walls seemed to be made of paper. we could hear everyone in the hallway and neighbors. entry door located a floor below kept slamming every time someone came in or out.

All great. Few things need fixing at this property. - no hot water in bathroom sink - disposal did not work - blinds in bedroom has a missing section so used a washcloth to block out morning sun - fireplace did not stay on. Not sure if this supposed to be that way or not. Potential renters should know that the washer and dryer are outside the unit in the shared hallway. Finally need a few more coffee mugs and large glasses. Nice place!

Really loud

Neighbors were doing construction and we were not told super loud hammering all day. This unit is close to the street and no air conditioning so you can hear so much noise from the bars and the street if you leave the window open if you want quiet unit, this is not it Furniture was nice, but property management company should know if people are doing construction and shouldn’t rent the unit out. After long hikes, we could not even hear the TV. It was so loud. We’re glad to be home. This was a cheaper unit, but now we know why pay a little bit more and be in a better area

Our First Vacasa Stay

Perfect location at Main & Park. We enjoyed the shops and food nearby as well as an easy walk down Main Street and a few steps to the lifts. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a well stocked kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Very friendly staff on check-in. We would stay again.

Perfect Location!

Beautiful views and great location! The pool and hot tub were closed which was not disclosed prior to booking. The unit was very nice though and the deep whirlpool tub almost made up for not having a hot tub!

Very nice accommodations!

We enjoyed our stay here. Location is very good, facilities are neat, clean and attractive. One thing lacking is lighting! The lighting is not very bright anywhere which at night makes it difficult to read! Even the bedroom lights by the beds are dull as are the lights in the living room!

Wonderful chill weekend away

Rented for our "mini-moon" the week after our wedding for a few nights away. Awesome apartment. The bed was luxurious, the bathtub was huge, the couches were plush. We would happily stay here again any season.

Gorgeous views

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was right at the edge of town so everything was within walking distance. The views were gorgeous. So quiet and peaceful. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful. The staff was super friendly. We spent 3 nights here and it was just so relaxing. Close to great restaurants and hiking. If you go out to the right you can head out into the hiking areas in a really quick drive. And to the left is all the shops. Wouldn’t have changed a thing. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Convenient location, spacious, usable kitchen, nice outdoor space. Very dated, weak shower pressure, saggy bed, couldn't get TVs to work. If you are staying there to largely for a place to sleep while you enjoy outdoor life in Breck, it's fine. If you are staying there because you want a nice hotel room, I wouldn't pick this one.
