The detached holiday home, built in 1975 and renovated in 2021, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a lively area, in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 270 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
