Trailhead Lodge 3105 is a luxurious two-bedroom mountain retreat that features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, a living area with comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony. This family-friendly getaway has three flatscreen TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi for your enjoyment–boredom has no place here! There is also a washer and dryer on-site (detergent provided) for your convenience. The main bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom with double vanity, a large tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed and an additional attached bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Located less than three miles from the heart of Steamboat Springs and all of its wonderful dining and entertainment options and trailheads, this is the perfect place to be!

Enjoy having access to the amazing amenities right next door at Wildhorse Meadows, which include a large heated outdoor pool, three hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, an outdoor firepit, and access to the Wildhorse Gondola. On-call shuttle service is also available.

In addition to Wildhorse amenities, you and your beloved friends will also have access to Trailhead Lodge's amenities, including a picnic area with grills and firepit, a boot drying room, ski rack storage, and many more!

Nice Place and location

Great place and location. Run well with friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle service is very convenient. The only draw back is the water heater for the property. You can bet between 4-7pm you'll have a cold water only. I would stay there again hand down.

Hi Gregg, we are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and amenities of our lovely home. However, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the lack of hot water during your stay. During the course of the last few weeks with spring break’s high occupancy, Trailhead Lodge experienced a hot water supply/demand issue.  The building’s mechanical contractor determined the system was not performing at full capacity. While the system will be restored to full capacity in the near future, regrettably, an immediate repair was not possible. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience and we hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay at Trailhead Lodge and your Steamboat vacation.

Perfect for our family of 4

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect and the condo had everything we needed! The king beds were comfy and we loved being able to open up the windows and patio door to let cool breezes in. Having AC was a plus as well. Only thing I’d change would be more comfy chairs on the patio to take in the views! I’d highly recommend this condo and Steamboat Springs. It was the perfect summer getaway!

Relaxing condo

This condo had everything we needed and more, lots of space for ourselves plus two teens. Enjoyed the hot tubs, and appreciated the parking and easy access to the gondola that takes you to the base of the ski lifts. The condo was very clean and had nice views of the courtyard and a little mountain view as well. Front desk was helpful. Bed was too firm for me, but maybe some people like that. I woke up sore. Other than that everything was wonderful! Location was fantastic!

Trailhead 3105

This was the second time we stayed in 3105. It's has two bedrooms (with King beds), two full bathrooms, and a fabulous view of Mount Warner. We appreciate the outdoor furniture on the balcony - especially the table and chairs for eating al fresco and playing games/cards. A very clean and well appointed condo with user-friendly Smart TVs. The portable fans were appreciated for extra air circ, but also for white noise as the resident directly above has a dog that wakes up early and runs around. All in all we return to Trailhead because it is a fantastic property with a wonderful outdoor area (pool, hot tubs), workout room, super friendly staff, secure entries and garage, and close to downtown Steamboat.

Great spot, noisy neighbor

The unit and amenities were as advertised and everything we expected. Unfortunately, the neighbor above is an owner who makes an awful lot of noise. He has two dogs who begin running and jumping at about 6am each morning and go until about midnight each evening. They're labs and you can hear them through the floor. Once the dogs settle down, the owner falls asleep and snores so loudly that you can hear him through the floor. Between the jumping dogs and snoring owner, I was awakened repeatedly each of the four nights of my stay. I mentioned the noise to the front desk repeatedly, but was told that because he is an owner, there is nothing that can be done. If not for the noise, I would give this unit 5 stars. But at the price point they're asking, I expect a quiet spot and a good night's sleep. This unit cannot offer a quiet stay so I cannot recommend it.

Beautiful condo @ Trailhead

This property was clean, comfortable, and perfect for four adults. King beds and en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms. The deck is fabulously furnished for playing games, lounging, and a clear view of Mt Warner. Location is perfect. Tennis/PIckleball facility right across the street. Bike rentals and grocery store nearby. We had such a fabulous stay! Steamboat is dreamy in the summertime too!

Great place to stay in steamboat

The place is great. The only problem was the people at front desk, the hot tubs were all broken and one grill was broken . They never put up any signs.

Great condo

Great condo. Very clean, great views of the ski hill, well equipped kitchen, and large bathrooms. The hot tubs and pool area are great. Private gondola just outside the front door that takes you to the base of the mountain is very convenient. Highly recommended!
