Inside, Kutuk 208 presents an open concept main floor design that makes it simple to transition between spaces. The living room includes plenty of comfortable seating options, a gas fireplace, and a large, flatscreen TV. The dining room table for six sits directly behind the living room and opens up to the kitchen where visiting chefs can make the most of the modern appliances, ample cabinetry, and additional island seating options. Guests will also enjoy access to community features like a vast sundeck, hot tubs, BBQ grilling areas, and a firepit for outdoor fun.

Awesome home away from home

This place has everything and is located near most steamboat amenities and attractions. This apartment will sleep about 10 people if you need it to you. A total of six beds plus the pull out couch. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here and enjoy our summer vacation.

Great property.

Nice location close to the slopes. Comfortable condo that easily fit our group of seven. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Only downside is the three flights of stairs to get to it. But that is a minor gripe. I would recommend this condo.

Great location, outdated unit

Location was the winning element. Interior was ok - a bit outdated and slightly dirty. Parking is a big issue so be aware.

Great location all you need!

The place is a bit dated, but it met our needs with four bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is great, close to lifts. Easy check in and check out. Great communication. No elevators so if you’re on 2nd or third floor unit you will get your workout. Community Hot tub was nice. Parking in garage was appreciated. Shuttle available to take you downtown, etc. overall a wonderful experience.

Location and shuttle service are awesome. The condo is tired, and needs updating. Sofa loosing firmness in seating, dishwasher is old, needs new pillows. A little TLC. Very clean, the cleaning staff did a great job!

Great place for larger group!

We had a great at Kutuk 208. The place slept all 8 of us comfortably and the location was prime for accessing the mountain and the base. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality.

Fantastic Location, Peaceful Comfort

There are many reasons to stay at Kutuk--the views, affordability, floor plans, over-height indoor parking--but the prime location and caring, hospitable staff are the two most important. You won't find a better combination elsewhere, and we are definitely staying here again soon.
