Canyon Creek A103 is an absolutely charming retreat that provides all the comforts you'll need for your next mountain vacation. The open living space is designed for communal gathering, with a gas fireplace and large, floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the outdoors. Step out onto the furnished balcony that overlooks the courtyard and the swimming pool, and fire up the gas grill for fun, family cookouts. Back inside, the full, well-equipped kitchen boasts plenty of modern appliances as well as a breakfast bar, and you can enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for six. And guests will also love the on-site fitness room and heated, outdoor pool with a large hot tub provide relaxing options to end your days.

This condo, part of the Canyon Creek community, is conveniently close to all that Steamboat Springs has to offer. During the winter months, the property is just a short distance from the Steamboat Ski area, so be sure to bring your skis and/or your snowboards. Summertime visitors will be just as active, with plenty of biking, hiking, and water recreation available. And any time of the year is a good time to visit Old Town Hot Springs where you can soak away your cares, take a fitness class, or get a massage.

Fabulous place!

Extremely cozy layout. The place is in great condition and very clean. Furniture is comfortable. I will definitely stay at this place again. The property manager, Vacasa, is very helpful. The on-call shuttles are very convenient. Definitely a 5-star place.

Awesome ski vacation.

Canyon Creek was a great place to stay. Comfortable and clean with a great shuttle service. Staff was great. I left my helmet and googles on shuttle. They recovered and brought it to Canyon Creek the same day I reported it missing. The underground parking and ski lockers were great to use. Able to leave car in parking on last day of stay so we could get a solid half day of skiing before heading back to Denver.

Great cozy condo with a HVAC noise problem

This is a great, cozy condo in a great location, as it is walking distance to the base of the ski resort. The pool and hottub are top notch, and the condo itself is well-stocked and cozy. I had discounted the prior reviews which talked about noise in the HVAC system at night--but in fact, it is a real problem. The noises sound like someone banging on the pipes above the ceiling with a hammer at any point in the night---probably an old HVAC system trying to distribute heat or get started (don't know if this is an issue in the summer also with A/C)--but for anyone who has trouble sleeping, it would be a significant problem. Our kids didn't notice it, and my husband and I were able to fall back to sleep, but it woke us up each night some nights for longer than others. We had a great stay overall and appreciated the location and the amenties in this complex, but I did want to share the issue with the noises. Probably time to invest in a systems upgrade for the building.

All good with this unit except 1 thing...

This unit was perfect, except for 1 thing. There was a loud tapping noise in the walls and ceiling throughout the entire night. We complained and had the front desk listen to our recording. The worst part was it kept the four of us awake, and so skiing was not fun with no energy from being kept up at night. The maintenance guy did not come. I hope they fix this problem before the next guests arrive. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and all other amenities were spot on. This unit is great, but for the noise.

Maintenance has been to the rental and determined it's a normal and expected sound for the condominium building's heat and hot water systems. Beautiful home, definitely would stay again

This was an amazing condo, and we definitely would stay here again! We traveled with our grandfather, and he was able to easily access the unit because there was an elevator to and from the parking garage. There is no A/C in the unit, but there were box fans and upright fans available in the unit when we got there so that we could cool down the unit. This is walking distance from great activities at the resort like the chair lift and mountain coaster, and we had a great time! With the exception of a dirty shower curtain, the unit was clean and comfortable.

Perfect!

If you’re planning to visit Steamboat, this is your condo. Quality furniture, comfortable beds, reliable wi-Fi, very well equipped kitchen, spacious balcony with gas BBQ, underground private parking, and an elevator to your floor. It’s a small, very well kept complex in a quiet location just two minutes from grocery stores yet away from the crowds in town. You can’t beat this! Excellent value and highly recommended.

Very nice condo, convenient to ski area

Nice clean condo, comfortable beds, nicely furnished. Enjoyed pool and hot tub area, towels provided at pool area and robes with unit, nice touch. Easy walk to base area, very convenient to Wild Plum. Resort Lodging Company shuttle worked great, very convenient and easy to use. One of the pluses of Steamboat not seen at most other ski areas. Only issue was dishwasher; the tablets would not dissolve and would either stick to the door or floor of the dishwasher. Had to run 2 - 3 cycles to get dishes clean. I would definitely stay at Canyon Creek again.

Location is everything!

We absolutely love the Canyon Creek units. We rented 3 over Christmas with extended family and loved it so much we came back for Presidents weekend. The location is perfect for families with kids...our older kids headed back when they were done skiing while the parents enjoyed the Apres ski environment at the base. You can take the shuttle, but it takes you just as much time to walk back. Super easy! Ted the property management head is hands down first class! Super welcoming, friendly, and helpful... Exactly what makes Steamboat our favorite.
