Situated alongside babbling Burgess Creek, Kutuk 212 is a spacious, upgraded, multi-level condo with a new kitchen and living area. This vacation rental features a remodeled, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining area with seating for six -- great for meals or family game nights, and a warm and inviting living area with a gas fireplace. Outside, kick back and relax on the furnished balcony, or take advantage of the shared sundeck with two outdoor hot tubs, a firepit, and a grilling area.

What's nearby:
Kutuk 212 is conveniently located in Ski Time Square, close to the slopes and just a short walk from all the restaurants and shops in the base area. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of some of the area's natural hot springs like those at Old Town Hot Springs, or take a trip back in time at the fun and fascinating Tread of Pioneers Museum, both less than four miles from this property. And for all-ages, summertime fun, visit Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park, just a little over two miles west.

GREAT LOCAtion

Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Only downside, all 8 of us commented that the beds were very uncomfortable and out dated. Clean, recently remodeled bathrooms and awesome location up by ski lifts and away from the busy downtown.

Great condo for 6-8 people

The check in process was very efficient with Vacasa. Upgraded bathrooms are nice and makes the condo a good mix of CO mountain home and contemporary look. Hot tub and parking garage were nice adds. Very close to gondolas and ski town. Loved our stay!

Solid Super-Close Stay

Stayed here for a trail race in September. Pluses: super-close to the ski hill, excellent on-site management/services. Less good: burners on the stove (of this unit) weren't working, no laundry in-house (good to know!).

Check in and check out procedure is super easy. Front desk is very helpful. Unit is everything you hope for. Everything is comfortable, location is great. We had a great time in Steamboat!

Happy to hear your group had a good time in town. Kutuk is a fantastic location and 212 is a wonderful four bedroom, thoroughly updated with plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of time left in the ski season, come back and see us for some spring skiing in March!

Great Location...Great Service!

Perfect location ski in /ski out condo right on the slopes and walking distance to all the shops at the base. Large unit with plenty of room for 2 families with kids. The ski valet and housekeeping are a huge bonus. Also...right next door to the T-Bar for apres ski fun. Watch the kids in the heated pool and hot tub right from the back porch. Friday night fireworks right out the window and great views of the slopes.

Perfect setup for two families

Wonderful getaway in stunning Steamboat Springs! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the office staff was extremely helpful when we needed them. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful. There were updates to bathrooms that were so nice. The adjoining balcony to our other family members made it so convenient to visit. We were in town to witness our children get married. This made it special. Enough room for all!

summer visit

Overall, the unit was very good. layout and amenities were perfect for three couples and a toddler, and used the 4th bedroom for an office. Clean, convenient, comfortable. Enjoyed relaxing by the small stream. We were disappointed to find out the washer/dryer were not in the unit so we did not use them. Could not figure out how to set the thermostats to a summer temperature and the PM could not either - the unit got up to 80 F during the day and had to use fans and open windows and doors to cool it down. Could not figure out how to activate the Dish TV system. The instructions were of no help.

This property was amazing! Exactly as pictured. Our dogs loved playing in the stream! The owners were kind and made sure to check in and make sure we had everything we needed! Short walk to downtown! Loved this place!

This unit is very cozy and clean! It does however need some updating. It is definitely a great ski in but not a ski out. If you like privacy it is perfect but you cannot see the slopes from this unit. Front desk staff is totally amazing and available to help!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, spacious, convenient and had everything we needed! We did experience problems with the WiFi and TVs. No one could get it fixed until late afternoon. Otherwise a great time!!!

The condo was quiet, comfortable and conveniently located. Staff at the resort was lovely. While the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, baking pans, etc, know you have to bring EVERYTHING food related- no oil, spices, ziplocks, etc... but overall the space worked well for three adults, two kids.
