With a private, eight-person hot tub and spectacular mountain views from its massive deck, this three-story, family-friendly Gypsum vacation rental is proof that not all the jewels in Colorado's mountains come from mines! Step into the living area with its gleaming hardwood floors and wall of windows offering spectacular vistas where you can watch TV and warm up by the gas fireplace. Pack in your own supplies and create homemade meals in the gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen, or head outside and fire up the gas grill for warm weather cookouts.

A shared pool and tennis courts are available at Gypsum Creek Golf Club for a small fee.

What's nearby:
Located less than 40 miles west of renowned Vail and 32 miles from Beaver Creek, your stay at this gorgeous home will put you just a short drive from world-class resorts for seasonal activities like skiing, hiking, and rafting. Red Mountain and Tenmile Peak hover over the rim of the valley, and there are miles of trails for the ATV, hikers, and mountain bikers. The Eagle River close by where you can throw a fishing line, meander in a kayak, or shoot the rapids in a raft. Of course, the beautiful greens of the Gypsum Creek Golf Course beckon just beyond your door, so be sure to book a tee time or two during your getaway.

Things to know:
This is a shared property with a full time tenant living in the basement. The tenant does not have access to the main home.
Please note that guests only have access to the golf course if they have purchased a round of golf. Otherwise, they should not be on the golf course.

Family vacation to Vacasa

Two families with kids + grand parents and this house was more than enough room to occupy and satisfy us. Not only is it beautiful but also the kids found it to be a blast. Hot tub and secret attic play room were a huge hit. We loved this house and our stay here.

Great Stay

Our group came up for an annual hunting trip and the house was perfect for us. The only thing that was missing is a stereo. The property listing says it has one but there was nothing on site. We would stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable

Our group of 11 was very comfortable here. it is large and clean. we loved that each bedroom had a bathroom connected to it. Nice appliances. beautiful.

Timberwolf is a spacious and well appointed vacation home that served our big family of five adults and four children well. The large well equipped kitchen was great for cooking meals at the house. The golf course community was quiet and serene, while the Gypsum location was central to our planned activities. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great home

This home was clean with plenty of room for the whole family. Each family had their own room with a attached bathroom. Which was great while getting ready for a wedding that we were in town for. There was ample room in the kitchen and dining for everyone to sit down and partake in a meal together.. Our family enjoyed the beautiful home.

Family Time

The house is very large! Does have AC which was needed. Great location to relax, drivable to Glenwood springs and Eagle . Community pool was very nice. Hot Tub was great for the adults. Basement game room was fun! Recommend! *****

Great house for a family get together close to the ski resorts always have a fun time… New bar stools kitchen were not installed properly unfortunately and where a safety liability sitting on somebody didn’t tighten the screws

Best 2022 Christmas Gift

The entire experience was more than we expected. From securing the few days we had just before Christmas to locking the front door on our way to the airport after our 3 night stay was so professionally handled by VRBO that we are coming back to get family members together again to ski visit Vail and enjoy fireside evenings with family members we do not often see. Nice home on the golf course with good views and quiet neighborhood. Large enough to accommodate our large family for my moms 80th BUT the air conditioner does not work on the upper level where three of the bedrooms are and when the temperature is in the mid 80s makes for very uncomfortable nights even with the window open. There is a sign in the welcome package that states that no air-conditioning is needed due to the highs only getting in the mid 70s. This is certainly not true nowadays,Nicely appointed kitchen with basics and spices. Some of the beds were comfortable, but two of them, including the downstairs bedroom are as hard as bricks and the upstairs bedroom has a well used mattress that is shaped like a U.

Tons of room!

The house worked great for the two families we had visiting. The back deck provided the ideal place to have all our meals. The kids loved the downstairs. The refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher were in great shape. The washer & dryer are dated but worked. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the hot tub. The kitchen dining chairs have seen a good bit of use, but we had such great weather we ate outside all the time. Only 2 negatives. 1) There was a lot of recycling left in the garage and one trash can was almost overflowing with full trash bags. Since we entered through the garage the initial impression wasn't the best. 2) The kitchen trash can could use a better cleaning.

Turkey Day in CO

Good property, big, lots of space. A little dated, and we had issues with the kitchen, as I was cooking Turkey and fixings for Thanksgiving. 2nd oven did not work. There were no spatula's in the kitchen. No hot pads, had to use hand towels. 2 of the electric burns did not work properly....either too hot, or nothing. Some of the pans were warped, so they did not heat evenly on the electric burners. Overall good, just needs some basics added and some maintenance.

Great house!

This house worked great for our family. Absolutely no complaints about the beds, baths or available space. Only issues we had was the driveway wasn’t plowed and had about 3 fresh inches of snow that we had to clear as two of the guests are in their eighties and we didn’t want a slip and fall. Second, there were no Kleenex boxes in the house (just nice box covers. Lastly, every bathroom’s toilet paper was at its end (or very close) so we had to run to the store for TP and Kleenex. But if we had called the manager I’m pretty sure they would have corrected that for us. We were just rushing around with a wedding rehearsal, wedding and the reception so we just took care of it ourselves. But, again, I would definitely recommend the house to anyone looking in that area. Everyone enjoyed the mountains and the snow!

Disappointing - Love is not in the details

Very disappointed as we came to a very dirty, hot tub and were told it’s only cleaned weekly and not in between guests. The frying pans are Teflon and we’re all scratched up and unusable so we had to purchase our own. The coffee pot leaks all over the counter because it doesn’t have a plug in the back. The beds are terrible and the boxsprings are so old that you roll into each other. Overall this place just needs a major makeover. Very disappointed given the significant cost per night. We were unable to use the hot tub for two of the four days we were there because we had to wait for it to be cleaned. The hot tub company notes it should be cleaned more often and had to drain the tub and clean the lines as it hadn’t been done. As an owner of a hot tub - it was foul. The area is beautiful, but this is clearly a rental and the owners also leave clothes in the closet which is just awkward. Would not recommend this, and have yet to rectify resolution of the hot tub. Very disappointed overall.

This is a very spacious, lovely house with gorgeous views of the golf course and the mountains! We had a big group of people and the house accommodated us easily. It was so nice to have a kitchen, and we used the hot tub every day. The beds were really comfortable, and it was a luxury having so many bathrooms.

Great Mountain Home

The house was beautiful and was clean when we arrived. It was a great location directly on the golf course. It comfortably fit our party of 6 with each person having their own room. Our only comment was that it would have been nice to have a TV on the main floor. The only TV not in a bedroom was down in the basement and game room area. Other than that I would recommend this house to anyone interested.

Loved it... with a few small exceptions

Honestly, this house is amazing, for the most part. It has everything you could really need. It's beautiful, fun, has a gorgeous location and such an open floor plan with beautiful views. The only 2 problems we had were that the Master Bedroom door did not lock and that the two large burners on the stove, wouldn't stay heated or on. We had to use the 2 small burners, which took much longer to cook items, as opposed to having the 2 large ones work. Would stay here again, especially if those 2 things were fixed.
