Quiet neighborhood and Mountain Views. Centrally located 30 minutes to Glenwood or Vail for your favorite outdoor events and activities. Newly furnished 1700 sq. ft. guest level with two queen bedrooms, one bathroom with jacuzzi tub, fully furnished kitchen, and cozy living room with a gas fireplace. Bonus room has an additional dining room table seating for 6. Graco Pack and play and Graco Swivi Seat 3-in-1 Booster High Chair provided for your little one. We hope your stay is home away from home.

Wendy and I were able to easily communicate through the VRBO app. The apartment was very clean and well located. Great baby proof setup, including age appropriate toys and a room toddlers can play in. We appreciated the snacks as well!

We communicated about the 2 parking spaces available during your reservation process. I was available if you needed assistance with the Television but you never notified me of any issues. The location of the sump pump in the mechanical room is a necessary function of the plumbing system for the home. I’ve never had such comments as you have posted. Hope you were comfortable otherwise.
