Take off your boots at the built-in bench and come inside. This classic ski cabin features a gas fireplace, a view of the mountains, and enough rustic touches to put any outdoorsfolk at ease. There's plenty of room around the gas fireplace to wind down and tell stories, and the partial air conditioning will keep things comfortable during summer visits. A private washer/dryer can take care of everyone's gear while you relax. Enjoy cooking together in the well-equipped kitchen, set up with full-size appliances and kitchen tools to help you cook up your favorites. Take in fresh air out on the private furnished balcony whenever the mood strikes. You've finally made it to the mountains. This particular unit is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. The elevated location enhances your privacy and offers a more peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.

Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay here during our most recent visit to Steamboat. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. We were in town for the Food and Wine Festival and we were able to walk to the event. I think it would be a great place to stay during ski season as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Great two bedroom

This apartment is a great two bedroom with pleanty of space. The facilities are great and the view is perfect. This place has no air conditioning and in the summer it is very difficult to sleep!

Comet viewing

Loved the location, amenities cleanliness and style. Besides the stunning fall colors, I was able to see the Comet one early morning, after 81 thousand years. Although I did have to drive up Rabbit Ears Pass a bit. Overall C-305 was a fabulous condo in Steamboats Springs, great place for getaway.
