Cozy slope-side stay with excellent resort perks & scenic balcony

This roomy condo is nestled right next to the Arrow Bahn Express chair lift, the perfect slope-side stay! Spend snowy days shredding the powdery slopes of Beaver Creek. After your mountain adventures, head for the community's heated pool and hot tub. In warmer months, visiting Edwards can be enjoyed at the beautiful nearby golf courses the Vail Valley has to offer, or walking around Beaver Creek Village. Dial-a-ride services are also available to get to Beaver Creek Village.

Back at home, enjoy the condo's mountain-view balcony. Inside, continue to enjoy tree-lined views in front of the warmth of the fireplace. Settle down here and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, or continue to prepare tasty treats amidst the modern kitchen's fridge, microwave, and stove.

The condo's bathrooms are equally impressive, with their large sinks and walk-in showers. A restful night's sleep is achievable each evening, as the spacious bedrooms are lined with warm quilts and cheerful wilderness-theme mementos. The summer breeze keeps the vacation rental cool in the temperate climate. Like most homes in the area, there is no air conditioning.

Things to Know
The hot tub and pool are closed seasonally Mid September- End of November and May-April.

Lovely renovated unit

The condo is in great shape for a rental. It had everything you would need. The location is also perfect—just a few steps to the lift

Great location for Skiing

Covered parking. Steps away from the Arrowbahn Lift. About a 10 minute drive from Avon proper Listing said there was access to a fitness center. There was not, but there was at least a recumbent bike in the unit Would be a good place for family (though the lower Arrowhead pistes are blue / black) so not as accommodating for new skiers as BeaverCreek
