With the Born Free Express Lift 8 and Eagle Bahn Gondola 19 just over a mile away, this beautiful mountain home is just the thing your family has been waiting for! Sip that first cup of morning coffee from the comfort of your own private balcony with mountain and tree views. The open full kitchen is great for throwing together those quick afternoon snacks before heading up to the frosty mountain slopes. Get a nice fire going in the fireplace and kick back with some of your favorite music and a good novel in the spacious living area. There's nothing like a good night of family board games played over the dining table. The shared pool and hot tub are a great way to relax your tired muscles after a long mountain hike.

Enjoy all the terrific local fare when you visit restaurants like The Blü Cow (two miles away), Alpenrose Vail (one mile away), and Matsuhisa (one mile away). Two-and-a-half miles away, you'll find Vail Square Ice Rink, where you can take the kids ice skating. Sage Outdoor Adventures has lots of family-friendly activities to enjoy such as snowmobiling, rafting, fishing, and even horseback riding.

Summer visit

Loved our stay but felt it should be clear in the description that this is a 3rd floor walk up unit! As active seniors it was ok but maybe not so for families lugging young children or less active adults . Loved relaxing by the pool one afternoon . Great location and very clean. Entrance to the complex is a bit hard to find.

Cozy but onsite service lacking

Overall the home is as expected. It was cozy and clean for a family of four (kids on the pull out sofa). The walk to the gondola was easy with some up and down hills. My only complaint is with the onsite service. We arrived and the washer was broken, which should have been obvious to any prior guest or housecleaning. It was never fixed while we were there and trying to get an update from vacasa or the onsite team was tedious and frustrating.

It was very spacious, tall ceilings, good size balcony that looks out to the front side vail mtn, very comfortable, parking is easy and. Hot tub has shower sauna and restroom amenities so u don’t have to run back up in the cold after h get out of the heated pool/hot tub

Close to Lionshead

Great view of slopes and easy walk over pedestrian bridge to Lionhead. Unit was clean and well equipped. Parking is convenient. Know that unit is on 3rd floor, stairs are low rise. Use a white noise machine to mask I-70 traffic at night. For spring break the complex was quiet.

Fine but not for us

Cramped kitchen - could not open the refrigerator fully and no place to store our groceries except on counter. When we arrived 3 high ceiling bulbs were out, some outlets did not work. Plumbing problem in the building which affected us for many hours. Pilot light in fireplace went out twice in the five days we were there. Didn't realize that this building was so far from the footbridge to Lionshead.

I slipped on the ice/snow which had not been cleared from the stairs leading to the homes -

lacking household necessities - mostly in the kitchen i slipped on ice/snow on the steps leading to the homes and had a serious injury to my left forearm, precluding skiing for the first 3 of 4 days planned. workmen cleared the paths and stairs 3 days later - a bit too late.

I stayed at E33. This condo is really nice for a couple or small young family. Very clean and accessible to all locations in Vail and ski slopes. Only issue I had was the internet. Had to work from condo a few times and with it being open internet and not secure I couldn’t work. But would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Experience

This condo was spacious, clean and very well equipped with amenities and conveniences. Easy parking, great views and cozy decor. Our comfort and safety were Vacasa's top priority, and we were highly impressed with their professionalism and availability before and during our stay to provide us with information and on-site help whenever we requested anything.
