Stayed here when we were in town for an Oilers game. The short walk to Rogers is so convenient. The condo is cozy and clean and the beds were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Chris was an excellent host and we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The building as a whole is very quiet and clean. It is an easy walk to Rogers, and nice to have your vehicle in the underground parking. The condo is very well stocked and clean. We have nothing but great things to say about our stay, and honestly felt pretty spoiled having such a great place to stay during our week in Edmonton. It was certainly a home away from home.

Great host - great property. You can't beat the location if you are doing a stay at the Royal Alex.Rougher part of the city, which is not the fault of the owner. They are doing everything they can - but just be aware of that.

Host was very receptive! Answered phone calls on first ring! Not the greatest neighbourhood! Car was secure with underground parking and didn’t feel safe to walk outside!Difficulty with internet first 2 days of stay! Very comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen!

Thank you for the review. Like many major cities there are problems with the unhoused. Unfortunately, with proximity to Downtown they migrate around the surrounding areas. The building has a security company providing patrols at night and guard during the day. We appreciate the patience while the working on Wifi router updates.
