Make yourself at home in our centrally located 4-bedroom home in Bouldin Creek that is walking distance to many popular Austin spots like South Congress, South Lamar, Austin City Limits & SXSW events. Our home is newly renovated and is perfect for accommodating families, groups of friends or travelling colleagues. Each bedroom features a queen bed and the office has a sofa bed. There are 3 full bathrooms with plenty of space to get ready. There is a enclosed garage as well as 2 dedicated spots on the driveway & ample free street parking. We have a smart home with integrated August locks, Lennox thermostat & home automation. This is our home so there are personal belongings and personal touches. Please kindly respect our home as you would your own! We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

We are an Asian household :) We kindly ask our guests to not wear shoes in our home; we provide lots of colorful slippers by the front door closet.
We love our custom live-edge walnut dining table so kindly ask our guests to please use drink coasters, heat trivets and place mats (all provided).
For guests staying longer than 1 week please roll out the trash/recycling bins by Monday evening.
