We loved staying at this property! We planned a girls trip and we each had our very own king size bed and plenty of space. The beds and bedding were super comfy. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room and sitting on the front porch drinking coffee in the mornings. The location was super walkable. We walked from the little downtown area with our suitcases to the property- about a 10-15 min walk from restaurants and other entertainment. The host even let us check out a bit later than planned due to a later afternoon flight. Very clean and fully stocked with all the necessities like coffee, shampoos, towels etc. Would highly recommend!!

Just up the street but far enough away from congress, well equipped and very comfortable house with large bedrooms and very clean throughout. Shops bars and restaurants all a quick uber or stroll through the community away. I would happily rent again and probably will next year for ACL.

Austin family time

The property was perfect for our weekend in Austin to celebrate UT graduation. We had plenty of space for our family to spread out. We enjoyed walking up to South Congress for food and shopping and was easy access to the running trails by the lake. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Stay & Amazing Host!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Callie was a phenomenal host—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. Her communication made everything seamless. The location was perfect to downtown, walking the cutest neighborhood called Travis Heights, and to shops and restaurants on South Congress. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Nice mature neighborhood. Home Configuration is odd likely due to large bedroom add on. This places.the kitchen in the middle with you having to go through the kitchen to get to bedroom. If you are staying in the main house, you do not have use of backyard as that belongs to the rental property in the back. Home could use oulet in the bathroom and floors are in need of repair.

Hi Irene, Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. I’m glad you enjoyed the quiet, mature neighborhood — it’s one of our favorite parts of the area as well. I appreciate you noting the layout. The home does have a unique configuration, which is reflected in the listing photos and description, but I understand it may not be the ideal fit for everyone. To clarify for future guests, the backyard is a separate, private space designated for the rear unit, which is also noted in the listing to help set expectations in advance. This house was fantastic! The location is excellent. We stayed here with kids and enjoyed the proximity to the playground at Little Stacy Park.
