The living room features a cozy sleeper sofa, a smart TV, a stereo system, and a radio. The dining area leads to the open-concept kitchen, where you’ll find an oven and a dishwasher.

From the living area, you can access the south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy wonderful moments overlooking the Baltic Sea.
A box-spring bed in the bedroom (1.80 m x 2.00 m with a full-length topper) and a bathroom with a shower complete the apartment.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building.
Wi-Fi is available (no refunds or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).

A parking space is reserved for you behind the building.

A quiet vacation resort near the beach: On the residential street, you’ll find modern 2-room apartments ranging from 45 to 55 m² that accommodate 2 to 4 people. Of course, part of the comfort is either a lovely terrace or a balcony that’s perfect for sunbathing.

In the basement, a shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for your use. A parking space is, of course, reserved for you.

The fine sandy beach is just 250 meters away. The nearest bakery is a 5-minute walk away. Additional shopping options and the town center are about a 10–15-minute walk away. Timmendorfer Strand invites you to enjoy exclusive shopping or to linger in its many lovely cafés and restaurants.

A trip to the old Hanseatic city of Lübeck is worthwhile any time of year. The Old Town is characterized by its 12th-century city layout, and with a total of 210 bridges, Lübeck is often referred to as “Little Venice.” A stroll through the narrow alleys and passageways is truly picturesque.
