The separate bedroom on the first floor features two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and blackout curtains.

Upstairs is another bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a full-length mattress, a flat-screen TV, and blackout curtains. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed with two mattresses (1.80 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, and a large built-in closet.

The single-story vacation home features comprehensive, high-quality amenities. Two modern bathrooms and a separate guest restroom ensure comfort for several people. In the fully equipped kitchen—featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster—you can conveniently prepare all your meals. The open dining area is furnished with a large table and is perfect for social gatherings.

The cozy living room features a wood-burning stove that provides cozy warmth on cooler evenings. Entertainment is provided by a hi-fi system, three TVs, a Blu-ray player, and DVD and CD players.
