Regarding the odor you mentioned, we haven’t encountered this issue with previous guests, but we will investigate to ensure the property is fresh and properly ventilated. As for the wooden chopping boards, they were cleaned prior to your arrival. However, we’ve replaced them with new boards to avoid future concerns. Concerning the upstairs bedrooms, they are located in the attic, as reflected in the property description. We understand the sloped ceilings may not suit everyone’s preference, and we will consider how to better highlight this in our listing. For the furnishings and outdoor area, we continuously work on maintenance and upgrades. We will review the outdoor lighting, garden furniture, and parasol. Additionally, we’ve ensured that a pool net is now available. We also want to note that, upon request, we purchased new pans to accommodate your preferences, as we strive to meet our guests' needs. We’re sorry your experience didn’t align with the positive stays of other guests. Your feedback helps us improve, and we will take your comments into account as we enhance our property.
