Location, location, location. This location is Majestic. Beautiful Riverfront property offering a relaxing riverside retreat next to the Manistee River. This camper is tucked into the towering pines on a high bank of the Manistee River. Just steps away from the camper is the Manistee River; down a deer path to the rivers edge. This spot is a fly fisherman's dream offering some pristine natural fish habitats. This is glamping at its finest! Keep a look out over head for the eagles. A true beauty. This is the “Glamping” experience you have been looking for at its finest. Nestled on the banks of the Manistee River surrounded by wildlife. Peace and quiet surrounded by nature and the flowing river. Centrally located in the heart of Michigan this location offers a variety of activities for everyone. We are close to hiking, ORV trails, ATV, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, fishing and everything northern Michigan has to offer.
The Space: Fully functioning 2004 29ft Cozy Camper connected to water, electric and sewer. When you walk up the steps into this beautiful camper you notice that everything is at your fingertips. Comfy sofa to sit and relax, that pulls out into a bed. 32 inch Samsung TV (DVD Player) that can be seen from the living room and kitchen. We have your essentials stocked in the kitchen with a brand new Keurig and accessories for your coffee or tea needs. Kitchen has utensils, pots and pans, a propane stove, microwave. Bathroom has what you need (toilet and shower) but is not very big as you can see in the pictures. Two bunks with linens for the kiddos to kick back and unwind in their own personal space. Camper has heat for those chilly nights and AC when the summer heats up. Even if it is raining you can still relax indoors and play board games or watch a dvd (some provided).
Be sure to bring your canoes, kayaks or tubes! There are public access launches within a mile of the camper in both directions of the river. If you don’t have vessels to float the river Shel-Haven is right up the road and you can rent canoes, kayaks, tubes for a pleasant trip on the river.
We commonly see deer, beaver, muskrat, turkey, otter, raccoon, porcupine, occasional bear and an abundance of trout rising.
Ample parking for it-least 2 vehicles. We do have parking for trailers if you bring your ATV/ORV’S please drive slow down the driveway kids and animals. Just let us know in the messages the size of trailer and we should be able to accommodate.
Owner lives full time at property location on other side of privacy fence. Please don't wander onto the owner's or neighbor's properties. Please no pets, as much as we love animal friends we ask that you leave them at home. Please stay on South side of the black fence and the South side of Camper #2 while exploring. Please only follow the deer path to the water's edge (Shown in Pictures). Please stay off the neighbor's docks. Please no campfires aside from the propane pit we have provided-please do not put sticks or logs into propane pit. We only provide 1 (20lb propane tank) for each booking. Please let me know if you need a new one brought (no charge for the first, only if one is needed additionally). Additional tanks can be purchased for an additional cost of $30 if owner is available for refilling. New for 2026. Table top grill with propane for rent $25 the entire stay. Please let me know in messages if you would like to rent during your visit.

Do not flush feminine hygiene products down the toilet, place items in trash receptacle next to toilet.
Limited hot water supply, 12 gallon tank, think military shower style.
Hot water in Camper is extremely hot please use caution when using the hot water.
Summer months you may hear the Camp Grayling Ranges in use. Good ole sound of freedom.
