"Lünden" Vacation Home, Grömitz / Brenkenhagen

Our cozy vacation home, "Lünden," is a 72-square-meter semi-detached house built in the Scandinavian style. <br>With the additional double bedroom on the upper floor (accessible via an outdoor staircase), it accommodates 2–6 people.<br><br>It features a large living-dining area with a fully equipped built-in kitchen, <br>refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop (4 burners), coffee maker, Senseo pad machine, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, salt, pepper, dish soap, dish towels, vacuum cleaner, mop and mop bucket, cleaning supplies, clothes rack, etc.<br><br>In the spacious living area, featuring a large three-seater sofa, two armchairs, and satellite TV, you can relax.<br><br>The two bedrooms are each furnished with a large double bed. (Single mattresses 0.90 x 2.00 m with an open foot end) <br>Each double bedroom has a separate shower room with a hair dryer.<br><br>A third bedroom, “Jule” (30 sqm), is located on the upper floor and can be reached via an outdoor staircase. You can book this separately if needed.<br><br>It is furnished with a box-spring bed (2 single mattresses, 0.90 x 2.00),<br>two comfortable armchairs for relaxing, a small dining table, and two chairs.<br>A Senseo pad coffee maker and a refrigerator are also available. A small selection of dishes and glasses is also provided.<br>A separate shower room with a hair dryer adjoins the large bedroom.<br><br>This bedroom can be booked separately. It is not included in the price of the “Lünden” vacation home. <br>Price upon request.<br><br>The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating.<br><br>The final cleaning fee includes bed linens, towels (an initial set of 1 shower towel and 2 hand towels per person), bath mats, and kitchen linens.<br><br>We have provided a washing machine for your use in a separate room for a fee.<br><br>The outdoor area features a patio with a seating area, an umbrella, and a grill.<br><br>You’ll find an outdoor sauna in the garden shed.<br><br>A small farm stand in the village is within easy walking distance.<br><br>The parking lot is located directly in front of the house.<br>For our guests who have difficulty navigating the stairs,<br>we’ve created a path without steps.<br><br>The garden offers plenty of space for the little ones to play,<br>featuring a swing, sandbox, slide, ping-pong table, toy cars, balance bikes, etc. <br>The play equipment is available for use by guests staying in any of our properties. <br><br>The Baltic Sea spa town of Grömitz, with its beautiful beach and long spa promenade, is about 3 km away.<br>A bike path leads directly from Brenkenhagen to Grömitz.<br><br>The nearest gas station and shopping area is about 2.5 km from Grömitz.<br>Many other shopping options can be found right in Grömitz.<br><br><br>The Lange Family<br>Bentfelder Str. 2 A<br>23743 Grömitz<br>Tel. 0049 4562 255685<br>Mobil 0049 170 8626960
