Outside, the terrace invites you to take long sunbaths. Your children can play to their heart's content on the extensive grounds with a large lawn, and there is also a swing and a sandpit for them.



The beach is just a few steps from the house, so you can enjoy carefree days of swimming fun and sunshine.
