Vacation apartment "TUNING-Bus" in Erfurt, near the north beach

Our modern, non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small commercial building in Johannesvorstadt.

The 45-square-meter vacation apartment consists of a living and dining room (the couch converts into a bed), a bedroom (with a double bed, an additional fold-out guest bed, and a travel crib), a hallway with a kitchenette (equipped with a coffee machine, Cafissimo, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, and two hot plates), and a bathroom.

Our guests have access to a free parking space in the fenced-in and video-monitored auto repair shop yard. A charging station for electric cars is also available.
You can safely store your own bicycles inside the building. You can also explore the city with our city bikes (15 per day per bike).

The nearest tram stop is a 20-minute walk from the vacation rental. After 4 stops, you’ll reach the Anger in the heart of downtown.
By car, you can reach Erfurt’s Old Town in 5 minutes.

From there, you can walk to the Krämerbrücke, the cathedral, and St. Severi Church, the “Alte Synagoge” museum with its Jewish treasure, and other sights in our city.

Just a 15-minute walk from our vacation rental is the “Nordstrand” recreational area. Whether you want to swim, dive, fish, play beach volleyball, water ski, play mini-golf, or simply relax—you can do it all there.

The nearest supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl) are about 600 meters away.

Upon arrival, the city of Erfurt charges tourists a cultural promotion tax of 5% of the overnight stay price. This amount must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
