The Space:

For year-round comfort, every bedroom at SPIRIT is equipped with air conditioning, blackout curtains, quality hotel-style linens, and comfortable bedding, creating a cool, quiet, and restful environment after a day exploring Mexico City.

Ground Floor



As you enter SPIRIT, you'll find the home's welcoming social areas, designed to bring the group together. The main living room features comfortable seating and a bright, contemporary atmosphere, while the adjacent spaces connect naturally with the rest of the home.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at home, and the dining area offers a comfortable setting for everyone to enjoy breakfast, dinner, or drinks together.



The ground floor also includes one of the home's bedrooms and a convenient half bathroom.



First Floor



As you make your way upstairs, you'll find additional private bedrooms and bathrooms, offering a comfortable balance between shared and private spaces.



The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds, quality linens, blackout curtains, and individual air conditioning. Several rooms also enjoy access to outdoor areas, bringing in natural light and greenery while maintaining privacy and comfort.



Second Floor

Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have **full private access to the home and all guest areas across its three floors**, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, and both terraces.



Please make yourself at home and enjoy the property throughout your stay.



For operational and safety reasons, **one room on the second floor, located next to the laundry area, is reserved exclusively for our housekeeping team and is not accessible to guests.** This room contains cleaning supplies and operational equipment.



Additionally, some locked storage drawers located on the first floor, near the staircase, contain additional housekeeping supplies and are also reserved for our team.



All other areas of the home are available for you to enjoy during your stay.

For longer distances or a more comfortable experience, we highly recommend our private transportation service. Our trusted drivers can assist with airport transfers, point-to-point transportation, hourly chauffeur services, private city tours, and transportation for larger groups. This is an excellent option when you want to explore Mexico City comfortably without worrying about traffic, parking, or logistics.



Uber is also widely available and is a convenient option for getting around the city. Depending on the destination, pickup locations may occasionally be affected by local traffic regulations or access restrictions, particularly around airports and other busy areas.



If you prefer public transportation, Condesa is well connected through Metro, Metrobus, EcoBici, and other local mobility options, providing convenient access to many of Mexico City's main neighborhoods and attractions.
