The Upstalsboom Apartment, ussf31, with 3 rooms, 65 square meters, and a view all the way to the Baltic Sea, is located in the Seehof vacation complex in Bansin on Usedom and can accommodate up to 6 people in a great beachfront location.

The Location
The vacation apartment is situated on the southeast-facing 3rd floor of the family-friendly “Großer Seehof” vacation complex. The apartment complex is uniquely situated—between the Baltic Sea beach and Lake Schloonsee.

Amenities
The non-smoking apartment with Wi-Fi and ocean views features two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, and the other with two single beds—a living area with a double sofa bed, a TV and stereo system, a DVD player, and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer.
The apartment’s inventory includes a travel crib. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a high chair for a fee.

Special Features
For a fee, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the building. An ironing board and iron are available for shared use in the laundry room. The complex features a sauna, which is available to you daily starting at 5:00 p.m. free of charge. Pets are not allowed. There is an elevator in the building; however, it is only accessible via a flight of 11 stairs. We ask guests with limited mobility to please take this into account.

A parking space assigned to your apartment in the building’s underground garage—which features a double-parking system and height restriction—can be booked for an additional fee. Please carefully compare your car’s dimensions with the manufacturer’s specifications in the “Image Gallery” on our website in advance. Instructions for using the double-parking system’s parking spaces can be found directly in the underground garage. Use is at your own risk and responsibility. We would like to point out that charging electric cars using the building’s electrical system is prohibited. Please use public charging stations instead.

The sauna area at the Großer Seehof will be unavailable from 02.03.2026 until approximately the end of September 2026 due to renovation work.

The complex of buildings at the family-friendly Seehof vacation resort in the Baltic Sea spa town of Bansin consists of a historic villa and two new buildings. The location here is truly unique: On the ocean side, you’ll be right on the beach promenade with the sandy beach right at your doorstep. On the inland side, however, lies the picturesque Schloonsee. Nestled between the Baltic Sea and this inland lake, this place leaves nothing to be desired...

The Seehof offers you a private sauna area, an elevator, and coin-operated washers and dryers for shared use. The individual vacation apartments feature free Wi-Fi and, depending on the unit, a balcony, terrace, or ocean view. Your four-legged friend is also welcome in select apartments.

The sauna area at the Großer Seehof will be unavailable from 02.03.2026 through the end of September 2026 (tentatively) due to renovation work.
