The spacious, family-friendly 3-room apartment, booa1-07, measures 76 m² and is located at the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen; it can accommodate up to 6 people. A particular highlight is the sunny, exceptionally large rooftop terrace that wraps around two sides of the apartment and faces southwest; here, you can enjoy the sun all day long and well into the evening while breathing in the refreshing sea air. From here, you’ll have a unique view of the nearby coastal forest to the northeast and the Tarnewitzer Urwald nature reserve to the south.

A starter supply of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for you.

The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the southwest-facing top floor—the penthouse level—of Building 1. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—in just 200 meters, you’ll reach Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, which stretches for kilometers. The pier and the spa park are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and attractions. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an exciting vacation for the whole family.


Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. Both separate bedrooms are each equipped with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. The spacious and stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and heated towel rack. The apartment has a spacious entryway with a coat closet. The rooftop terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a parasol, is a wonderful place to relax, sunbathe, and socialize. The rooftop terrace is accessible from the living-dining area. The apartment is designed to be wheelchair-accessible.

Special features
Upon request, you can enjoy the attractive amenities of the resort—in Building 5, a sauna area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and relaxation room is available to you. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee.
Our guest reception, front desk, and lounge are located in the on-site café “Up Wiek.” When the weather is nice, we’d love to welcome you on our terrace. The café features its own small children’s playground and free Wi-Fi.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
The apartment has an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge. You can reach the underground garage (entry height of 1.85 m) via the elevator through a direct entrance beneath the building. A storage room for bicycles is available in the underground garage, as are charging outlets for e-bikes and electric cars. The apartment is equipped with an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes drying rack. In Building 5, coin-operated washers and dryers are available for your use.
