The 53 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, kbat113, in the Atlantik apartment building in Kühlungsborn can accommodate up to 3 people. Particularly noteworthy are the apartment complex’s direct beachfront location and the balcony, from which you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the nearby Baltic Sea.

The Location
This modern and comfortably furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the vacation complex, which sits directly on Kühlungsborn’s elegant beach promenade. Not only is the marina of this Baltic Sea resort just a short walk away, but so are the Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach. Here you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate—for example, during long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as attractive leisure activities and places to visit.


Amenities This bright and cozy non-smoking apartment features Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a dishwasher. In the combined living and dining area, you’ll find a stereo system and a flat-screen TV. Both the dining table and the cozy seating area offer plenty of space to enjoy relaxing moments over breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. The apartment is also equipped with an ironing board, an iron, and a hair dryer. It features two separate bedrooms—one with a large double bed and the other with a single bed. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. A special highlight of the apartment is the furnished, north-facing balcony, from which you’ll enjoy an unobstructed view of the nearby Baltic Sea.


Highlights Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. The vacation complex features an elevator, coin-operated washer and dryer, and a lockable storage room for bicycles. An underground parking space in a double-stacked parking system with a maximum weight of 2,000 kg (max. clearance height 1.80 m, max. vehicle length 5 m, max. vehicle width 1.90 m) can be booked upon request for an additional fee. Bathrobes are available on request and for a small fee on a rental basis at our service office.

In accordance with our duty to inform, we would like to point out that an elevated level of Legionella bacteria was detected in the plumbing system of the Atlantik building (in an apartment on the 4th floor). As a precautionary measure, special filters and showerheads have been installed in the apartments.
